We are there as a celebration for a promotion. My filet mignon was well but way way way over cooked so chew I could barely swallow, my bf was med rare and it didn't even look like they cooked it at all! Sent it back 2 times still wasn't right, our blooming onion was nasty burnt grease tasting! I'm furious we spent our hard earned ($91) money on horrible food so i've talked to corporate and the horseheads ny management ?what a joke we they sent me a whooping 25 dollar coupon. We weren't even compensated the whole amount and my precious time to have to contact these people to defend my money that I just wasted
