Buying a car from Texano Auto Sales, LLC was easy peasy. However, they took advantage of my bad credit by giving me a super high interest rate of like 30%. At first, they were super nice and helpful, but as soon as the engine light came on (which happened to me after just 2 weeks), it was game over. They also sold me a warranty, but even the local mechanics didn't want to deal with it. Their customer service was bad and the warranty was no good.

I bought a car from Texano Auto Sales, LLC in 2018. I spent $8k cash on it, but less than a month later, the check engine light came on and I had multiple problems. It was so bad that I couldn't even drive it. I was pregnant at the time, and it was really unsafe. I was left stranded with my other 3 kids multiple times. I took it to a shop, and they told me that some temporary fixes were done to make the car look like it was running well, but it was only a matter of time before it broke down again. The car was only worth $1500, but I paid $8k cash for it. They knowingly sold me a broken car, and it put me and my kids in danger.

Don't go here, I paid cash for a car that was supposed to have a clean title and all the paperwork done there. They said they would send the title in the mail, but 30 days later they called and said they couldn't get the title because the car was rebuilt and needed to be inspected in Georgia. I asked for my money back, but now I can't get anyone on the phone and I had to drive my family around in an unsafe car. I paid $6400 for everything and now I'm out all that money and can't get them to do anything. Looks like I'll have to go the legal route.

Me and my wife bought a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country from Texano Auto Sales. We had problems with the transmission from the start and they kept saying they would fix it, but they never did. We complained and they gave us two rental cars, but both had bad brakes and transmission. When we returned them, they sold them anyway. They gave us another car to drive for a few days, but we told them the catalytic converter and transmission were going out. There's more to say, but I ran out of space.

I called them and they said to bring it to them. They had the car for a week and said it was fixed. But the check engine light came back on and the cold air didn't work. We looked under the hood and saw that some pipes were ripped. We talked to the manager and asked for a refund or a trade for a working car. But she said no. She said the car was sold "as is." We paid $4,500 for a car that doesn't work and they want us to keep paying for it. It's not fair.
