Tempo Interactive I bought some gear from Tempo Interactive in the middle of March

I bought some gear from Tempo Interactive in the middle of March . The website said it would take about 8 weeks to get my stuff. But after 4 weeks, they said they would email me to set up a delivery for the week of May 24th. When I asked about the status, they told me it would be another 3 weeks. It's frustrating because I know people who bought the same gear from Tempo after they raised the price and they already got theirs. They charged my credit card back in March for around $3000. I'm thinking of disputing the charge with AMEX because their customer service is terrible and they do things that aren't right.

Tempo Interactive Tempo say they got a 12 month deal for their subscription thing

Tempo say they got a 12 month deal for their subscription thing. But the Terms of Service don't say nothing about it, and they don't guarantee it either. I sold the gadgets they talk about, but Tempo still wants me to pay every month for their subscription.

Tempo Interactive I've been having problems with my Tempo Move unit since I started using it

I've been having problems with my Tempo Move unit since I started using it. I've gone through their FAQ process to figure out the problem and dealt with their customer support. They told me they knew about software problems and couldn't do anything. They just sent me a new cord, but it didn't fix the problem. I've been dealing with this for about 3 months. The unit works about 50% of the time. Also, I bought a $250 barbell that doesn't work with the Move device. Since I've had ongoing issues that haven't been resolved since I started using it, I want to return it, but they say I can't. I also pay a monthly fee for classes I can't take because the unit doesn't work. I'm really frustrated with all the back and forth. In my opinion, the device wasn't ready to be sold, and I've had the unfortunate and expensive experience of finding that out.
