Great, quality products and customer service. I actually spoke to the co-owner of the company before beginning my program which really surprised me. She was attentive to what I was speaking to her about and genuine about wanting to help me reach my goals. As for my product orders, I love everything about them! The colors attracted me at first but the products are well-made with quality materials. One my orders was slightly delayed for reasons out of their control. However, they kept open communication with me about the status of my order which was reassuring. Their app, in my opinion, is quite extensive compared to other weight loss/exercise apps I've used in the past. I definitely recommend Booty Bands and will shop with them again!

I love the product. The bands are great quality. The BootyBands are comfortable to use. I love the long bands and have incorporated them into my regular routine. I love that I can use them for my full body and have the resistance whichever way I use them. It's been fun getting creative with the long bands. I also have the barbell. I love having it at home and being able to amp up my workouts with the added weight. I love that there is an app and there are plenty of videos to choose from as well that there are new videos posted. I love the positivity and uplifting encouragement that is promoted and the community that has been created over the app as well as the *** groups. The owner has a passion for her business and it shows in the way that she communicates with the *** community. It truly is her baby and I love to see the progress the business makes throughout the years.

Been with bootybands for over 3 years.. love the products . Bootybands are gamechanger . I can do my workoutd at home and anywhere i go i bring it with me.. im in my best shape ever at the age of 42 with 3 kids . My cellulites are almost gone. And im gives me that confidence to wear my shorts or bikinis! Easy and delicious meal ideas/plans to follow. Amazing support group.. its been my safe place/happy place meeting all these amazing women and some whom i call friends..?. Learned si much from Danita with my eating habits and that is so important.. and the bootybands app. so many exercises that i can choose from . From 10 min workouts u can get result.daved so much time and so convenient.. and the new protein powder is the yummiest protein powder i have ever tasted..i can easily finish the can for days?. Helped me get those protein in. Forever grateful for what i have become with the company that helped me achieved my goals! ?Lots of love!

I ordered over $500 worth of weights dumbells and barbells set from this company. I wanted to support American made products especially by women, so I tolerated the fact that it takes an eternity to recieve the product. My problem is that the products were defective and I provided the company with pictures of what I recieved and was told that replacements would be sent - long story short they stop corresponding with me right after they told me that their shipping department will notify me once they ship the replacements. I would have rather bought similar products from ***, had I known how unprofessional this company would have been. Mind you, this was months of back and forth of me asking about the status of my products - wasted my time even corresponding with them. I can't wait to show everyone how crappy these weights look in real life. I want the products that was advertised, which was American made quality weights. I saved up money to buy their products, believing that I would recieve what was advertised. It was a waste of money and time.

Total scam company. I placed an order on August 25th. It's now November 29th and my order never shipped. I've emailed back and forth and their replies back are often straight lies or completely avoid what I'm asking. I've sent 7 emails since September 15th. When I contacted them in October about why my order hadn't shipped, and soon after received a tracking number. It's been stuck in the "label created" stage since then. Every time I email asking when it's shipping or, more recently, telling them to cancel and refund my order, they try to guilt trip by going on about supply problems and labor shortages. Then they try to act like they're doing me a favor (direct quote from their last email: "We have changed all of our shipping to be extended. THE GOOD NEWS is that I will ship your order on a TOP PRIORITY BASIS.) A few emails ago they even told me they'd "consider" refunding the shipping money, lol. Absolutely ridiculous. All I ordered were resistance bands and a shoulder pad for my barbell. It shouldn't be a fight to get products I paid for. I strongly advise against ordering from this company.

I have been a member of Booty Bands since near the beginning, and have been hooked ever since. The resistance bands, meal plan and workouts helped me gain muscle and lose inches right from the beginning. As the company evolved, I have added the Body Bands, Barbell and Dumbbells to my routine, and they have helped me progress even more. The app has been a game changer. Between the meal ideas and recipes, workouts for different goals and lifestyles, and all of the motivating videos, I have everything I need at my fingertips. The protein powder has also been a steady part of my diet since it came out. One thing that has stood out for me with this company is how involved the owner is, and how devoted she is to helping everyone with their mindsets. Her coaching and her inspirational videos have helped me remove negative self stories, and has given me true self love, no matter where I am in my fitness journey. I have remained with this company because they have always been reliable, and they resolve any issues and are always seeking to improve and give us what we need. This company is genuine, and they really want to help women lead their best lives!

If I could leave less than one star I would. I ordered from them hoping to support a small woman owned business. But I instead found out how shady they are and how low their ethics are as a company. Every small business I’ve ever dealt with has been great. This one brings a bad name. I ordered from them and the order came in two packages. Mind you this was over $200 worth of product. One package was broken into and the product was stolen. I received a box with a large rip and a bad tape job with nothing inside it. When I reached out to the company to tell them it was stolen in transit they took a week to get back to me then told me the shipping company would be getting back to me. Which of course they didn’t. The company never got back to me after emailing them a second time about wanting a refund or getting additional product considering I paid over $200 for a 4 pound bar and no other product came. I filed for a refund through my bank since the company wouldn’t help me. A few days later I received a threatening email through whatever company they do payments through. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They are shady, rude and certainly don’t care an ounce for their customers.

This business is incredible! I've watched it from the beginning, it's constantly making better and better products. They listen to the needs of their customers and make the improvements. The product is worth the wait. From the Booty Bands to the protein powder (best tasting powder I've ever had, hands down). The workouts are so easy to do from home and if you're anything like me where motivation is low and have young children constantly begging for attention you need something quick and easy. The support from other women is amazing. There are thousands of women going through a similar thing that you can relate to. I love that I can slip on a booty band and just go for a walk. The intensity from just that is phenomenal, legs are complete jelly taking it off when I get home, and it feels great! There is so much at your disposal to have success in your personal goals from easy to follow workout videos to nutritional guidelines to motivational podcasts. I love everything about Booty Bands and Barbells!If you love supporting small businesses that also supports other small businesses (they use small businesses to help make their product) then this company is 100% the way to go.

10/10 Recommend! Booty Bands products have quickly become my favorite workout equipment! I ordered almost all of the weight products and bands over the past two years and I love using them daily. I appreciate how versatile the products are and how little space they take up. I have purchased a weight stands that neatly holds the plates and takes up limited space when not in use. The quality of the material is outstanding and I know I will have them for years to come. The bold colors are an added bonus! These products provide me with the flexibility of working out from home and completing workouts at my own pace. *** is always quick to respond and willing to answer all of my questions about upcoming products or programs. I have previously joined some of the Booty Band Mindset programs offered by coach *** and ***. The courses have transformed my way of thinking and truly set me on a path of success for both mindset and fitness goals. I continue to join Booty Band Challenges because I love engaging with such a powerful community of women. If you are looking for durable at-home gym equipment or a positive community, this is the place for you!

My order was accidentally submitted. My info wad saved with my google account, I have my old address saved and didn’t update it for a while. While I was shopping online, I was reviewing my order at the end and decided to go back to the page before to remove some of the items that were added to my cart. So I clicked the back button but instead of going back to the website page, my order was submitted before I could even update my info such as my shipping address. I sent them an email right after explaining what happened but I got no response. Since they have only 24 hr cancelling policy, I had to resolve this issue right away, so I called them. I talked to some girl and explained what happened. First, she said she could help me but she asked for a different address and updated card info. I told her I was not going to give my info till they cancel my current order but she refused and said she can’t help me anymore. The girl told me that she sent my info to their billing team and they will email me once they review it and give my refund in 3-4 business day. I did not hear anyone after that and after 10 days I got an email from them with a tracking number. Booty bands is shady business, I suggest you to spend your money somewhere else.

As cliché as it sounds, Booty Bands has truly changed my life. It is more than a band. I’ve learned far more then WHAT exercises to do, but HOW to do them. Slow and controlled vs quick pump. I’ve learned about my body and how looking at the numbers on a scale can hurt you. I use to get so defeated when I would weigh myself each month and not see a number that matched my progress. Danita, the owner of the company, taught me to take photos, measure areas and throw my scale out. In January my waist was 30 inches. December is was 26.5 and I had “only” lost 10 pounds. I have a photo to show my results I can’t upload. Beyond that *like there needs to be moreher bands are comfortable and last. They don’t rub or bunch around your legs and I still have my original ones from when the business first launched 4 years ago. The barbell I purchased is my favorite and so easy to assemble and disassemble. She brings a femininity to the workout equipment, tough workouts, and to being strong. Over the years with purchases and retreats I have gotten to know Danita, and if she is anything she is a strong, empowered ball of light that wants to give that light to others. It sounds crazy, but booty bands isn’t a band or workout. It’s an experience.

I am so happy with my purchase of the Complete Home Gym! It arrived quickly, was everything I expected, and was easy to set up. I love that it includes a shaker bottle, protein powder, and stickers. This protein powder is delicious and Im not just saying that. The colors are addictive to look at and make me want to workout, it looks great in my living room. Everything stacks super compact on the stand, I live in a studio apartment and its not too much at all - its taking up about as much space as a vacuum cleaner. All the equipment is great quality, and the bands are thick and cushiony. I was also amazed that my purchase included a 15 minute call with a real coach to talk through fitness, nutrition, and mindset. They were also available by text to answer all my questions. The plates arrived in two separate boxes but were still pretty heavy, I had to drag them - which is totally fine, because I ordered weights, but just FYI! I could tell that during shipment the delivery people struggled a bit as the boxes were pretty bustedthats not how they left the Booty Bands warehouse obviously, but maybe it would be better to split those into three boxes instead with a bit more padding. No complaints, just feedback, and if I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Booty Bands has help me transformation in many ways. They have workouts in the App that lead you through correct form. They also have fitness challenges that are remarkable! When I saw the #newyearbetteryou challenge I decided to take a chance and try it. I am beyond grateful that I did. Being a member of a community of women supporting each other daily and lifting each other up was my first transformation. The accountability of nightly live sessions, seeing friends from around the globe putting their health and mine first for 30 minutes helped make this become a healthy habit which was transformation Another transformation was nutritionally. No longer am I restricting and starving but instead am being proactive in my meal prepping upping my protein intake from Day 1 to Day 30. Something finally clicked as to why protein is important. Finally, I see transformations in my body as well which was what I thought would be my main transformation. In all reality, this challenge was a lifestyle changing transformation. The Booty Bands protein, multi vitamin, and hormone replacement work hand in hand with nutrition!Finally I also see transitions I. My body as I use the bands and barbells daily. They are easy to switch weights and bands. Definitely worth the cost!

Booty bands has an amazing customer service team. When I was concerned about the shipment time, they answered the phone right away with clear and kind responses. The full barbell set came in a few days later and I was so beyond impressed. For starters, the COLORS! Working out isnt always fun, but when you feel like Barbie *** is possible. This set upgraded my home gym to the next level. Now instead of only focusing on cardio and body weight movements, I can sculpt my body with heavier weights. I was so sore the next day that I could hardly walk, in a good way! If youre not used to weight lifting like me, I ordered easier clips on Amazon. They snap down rather than having to pry open the clips the set comes with. Also, I ordered wrists/hand straps to help me grip the bar easier and support my wrists also Amazon! Both were super cheap, but really added to the experience and made working out a lot more comfortable for someone on the smaller size. Only thing I need now is the hot pink booty bands shoulder pad! That will be my next purchase as I start to increase the intensity of my weight lifting. I havent yet purchased a booty band yet, but I have an old band that I used to use in dance that works great for now! Shoulder pad is more necessary in my opinion to protect my hips and shoulders. Overall SO happy! I feel like I can do *** when Im lifting this barbell set. It looks amazing in my room, its easy to use, and I am super impressed with the QUALITY and versatility. Ive been using the smaller weight plates for other workouts too the possibilities are endless! THANK YOU BOOTY BANDS ILY!

This shouldn’t even get a single star, this business is seriously shady! They’re so lonely hungry that they go against their own CANCELLATION POLICY & make up something totally different then what the website states. The website says that you can CANCEL your order for a refund before the tracking number has been issued which I did & they wrote this “ Thanks for reaching out to Booty Bands. I hope you are having a great day. I am here to help you :) Please note, Our barbells and weights are made to order so when you purchase your custom order will start being made. Upon checking, I found Your steel has already cut down and paint has been done and it will be dispatched in 24-48 hours, therefore, We are sorry to inform you that we are unable to cancel your order because it is already in the front of shipping. Let me know if there is anything else to help you with. Your support is appreciated by our small women-owned USA Business. I paid $235.00 for a weight set but never got it. The post office said they didn't deliver it. I texted and emailed Bootybands, and they said they would give me a refund. But I still haven't gotten my money back. I think I got scammed.

I bought some exercise equipment from Booty Bands. The weight plates had sharp edges that caused pain to my wife. We asked for a refund, but they said it was past the thirty-day period. They agreed to send us plates without sharp edges, but we only received individual plates instead of the complete set. We tried to contact them again, but they stopped responding.

I ordered a barbell and got 4 free stuff on 11/15/2022. They sent me a confirmation with order # ***. But I still haven't got my item ($299.00) and they haven't told me anything about it. When I called the contact number, they just gave me another number to leave a voicemail or text. I did both.

I bought a "Barbell Full" set from Booty Bands, LLC on 7/3/22. I paid $364.79 using Shopify/Affirm (installments). They gave me a confirmation number ***. The confirmation email says it takes 7-10 days to ship the item. On the Booty Bands website, it says they usually ship in 5-7 business days, but they ask for 7-14 business days. I sent an email to the company after waiting for 23 days, and they apologized and said they are working on it. They also gave me a free PDF of their small waist challenge, which has daily affirmations. Personally, I don't think a PDF with affirmations and "stay away from sugar" is worth $364.79. It has now been 30 days, and the company is not responding to my emails where I ask them to cancel my order and give me a refund.

I bought exercise equipment from Booty Bands & Barbells online (order #***) on 6/8/22. The total cost was $382.37. Unfortunately, when the items arrived, they were damaged. The rubber plate guards were cracked and splitting, the wire clamps barely fit, the bars had scratched paint from putting them on and taking them off, and the cushion strap broke. All of these issues occurred even though I had only used the equipment lightly before my workout.

On 6/24, I sent my first complaint via email, phone call, voicemail, and text message. However, I did not receive any response. I made a second attempt on 7/2/22 by sending another email. Finally, on 7/4, I received a response asking for details about the colors of the replacement parts. I promptly replied with the necessary information and included pictures of the damaged and broken items. Unfortunately, I never received a response after that.

On 7/16, I sent another email to inquire about the status of the replacement items, but I still haven't heard anything back from them. It's worth mentioning that the company claims to respond to inquiries within 24 hours and boasts that their products will "last a lifetime." However, they have failed to deliver on both of these promises so far. I am hopeful that they will take responsibility and make things right.

I bought the Home Gym set and extra weights on 6/3. The clips done broke a few times, but they done sent me replacements for free before. 'Cause them clips keep on breaking, I hurt my foot real bad. One side of the clip done broke and 2 out of 3 plates fell on my big toe. My toe got so bruised, the nail done fell off 3 days later. I done told the company what happened and asked 'em to send me the new bar and clips they advertising now, 'cause they supposed to stop slippin' and breakin'. But instead, the company done sent me a link to buy it for $240.00. They said it been more than 30 days, so that's the best they can do 'cause they a small business and all. But I know for sure they can give me the bar and clips for free. Then they done sent me a link to buy the new clips for $7.00. This customer service and empathy level got me real worried, ya know.

I ordered a bunch of stuff from Booty Bands, LLC on June 19. I got a 4ft. barbell, 2 barbell clips, 2 3lb. weight plates, 2 5lb. teal weight plates, 2 10lb. pink weight plates, and I paid extra for 2 extra 15lb. black plates (total 30 lbs). I paid a total of $400.29 using "Afterpay," where you make payments every two weeks until it's all paid off. I made my final payment on July 31. After I ordered, I got an email from Danita Young, the owner of Booty Bands, saying it would take 2-3 weeks to get my stuff because they're making everything by hand. I emailed them twice, once in the week of July 3rd and again in the week of July 10th. Finally, on July 14th, my order shipped out and I got it in 3 different shipments - the barbell by itself and the weights in two separate boxes. I got the first part on July 17th. The barbell was totally messed up - the paint was chipped and the coating was peeling off. I can show you pictures if you want. And the weight plates kept rolling around on the bar when I tried to use it. If everything had worked fine, I would've just asked for a new barbell. But the whole order was messed up. I contacted the company on August 1st because I have two little kids and other stuff going on, so I didn't have time to open everything until then. Some associate told me the return policy is 30 days from when they shipped it. He said Danita would call me, and she did. But she never said sorry when I told her about the damaged barbell and the rolling weight plates. She just said I had to pay to ship everything back to her because she's a "Small, woman owned business." I told her I would've paid for shipping if I just didn't like the stuff for personal reasons and it wasn't messed up. But I don't want to pay to send back heavy weights that could cost $50-$100 or more! When a company sends a paying customer damaged and unusable stuff, they should take the loss. She also lies in her ads, saying the stuff "Lasts a lifetime." Mine didn't even last the trip from Utah to Illinois! She got all snarky and asked me why she has so many happy customers when I asked her how she could sell me this messed up item. Then I told her she was unprofessional and unapologetic, and she needs to learn how to treat customers as a "small business owner." I contacted customer service again on Thursday, August 13th to start a return or ask what they can do to fix things. This person told me the return policy is 30 days from when I bought it, which is totally different from what the first guy said on August 1st. I told her that makes no sense because the stuff is "Made-to-order" and took almost a month to get to me. You can't have a 30-day return policy from the purchase date for stuff that's made-to-order. She kept arguing with me and saying that's the policy. This company can't even keep their story straight! I want my $400.29 back and I want Booty Bands to pay for the return of their messed up and poorly made products. It would be different if everything arrived in perfect condition and worked fine. But mine arrived damaged and not working right! Why should I have to pay anything to send this stuff back? Give me my money back, or I'll talk to my lawyer.
