(1) I subscribed few months ago to Tello for first time. Tello provided me a number that from the first day I get a lot of spam calls. Then they changed it with a different number, again from the first day I get a lot of spam calls. I canceled service.
(2) Few months later I needed a number I can use to respond to verification code. I subscribed again to Tello it provided a number that cannot receive verification code becuse it already been used so many times earlier. Then they changed it with a different number, again you get an error this phone cannot be used for verification code since its been used to many times.
(3) I phoned 3 times all day their customer support for over several hours all I get is a recording either no one available to answer your call, or we are busy call back, or leave message we will call you within an hour. Still waiting for someone to answer or call back. AVOID TELLO if you can afford to pay a bit more and get service from another cellular provider.
Recommendation: AVOID TELLO MOBILE if you can afford to pay a bit more and get service from another cellular provider.
