TeeNavi Poor Quality and Customer Service: My Experience with TeeNavi

I recently ordered a tee-shirt from TeeNavi for $27, but unfortunately, it arrived in a less than desirable condition. The package had been sliced open by a boxcutter during transit, leaving the item damaged. I reached out to TeeNavi to request an exchange or replacement, but was met with a disappointing response. They claimed that it was not their responsibility to replace the item, as it should have been inspected for damage before being accepted. However, the package was delivered via USPS and left in my mailbox, making it impossible for me to inspect or reject it.

To make matters worse, the quality of the merchandise was extremely poor. The material felt rough and scratchy, almost like sandpaper, and the screenprint quality was subpar at best. I was extremely disappointed with the overall quality of the product and the lack of customer service provided by TeeNavi.

In my opinion, I would strongly advise against ordering from this company. The poor quality of their merchandise and the lack of customer service make it a less than desirable shopping experience. If I could, I would give TeeNavi a 0 star rating.

TeeNavi Disappointed with TeeNavi: Biased Designs and Poor Sizing

So, I recently made a purchase from TeeNavi, a website that sells t-shirts. I was excited to receive my order, but when it arrived, I was disappointed to find that the shirt I ordered in a Large size was too small. I had anticipated this, as I know that many t-shirts from online stores tend to run small or shrink after washing. However, I was still disappointed.

I decided to check out the TeeNavi website again to see if I could order a larger size, but I was taken aback by the anti-Joe Biden designs that were popping up. As someone who considers themselves to be politically independent, I found these designs to be angry, sad, and just plain biased. I did a few searches for "Trump" and found that they had a lot of designs that were positive for him. I couldn't help but think that this was just ludicrous.

I have decided that I will never order from TeeNavi again. I feel that whoever is behind this website is biased and it makes me sad. I will do my best to share my experience with others so that they can make an informed decision about whether or not to shop at TeeNavi.

TeeNavi TeeNavi Review: Disappointing Customer Service and Possible Scam

So, I wanted to get a poster from TeeNavi, and I paid over $30 for it, plus shipping. I was really excited to get it, but then months went by and I still hadn't received anything. I was getting pretty frustrated, so I decided to contact customer service to see what was going on. They told me that there were delays due to Covid, which I guess makes sense, but I was still disappointed.

More months went by, and still nothing arrived. I contacted customer service again, and this time they told me that I had given them the wrong address. I was pretty sure that I had given them the correct address, but they insisted that it was my fault and that the product couldn't be delivered. I asked them to resend the product, but they refused and told me that it wasn't their fault. They offered me a 20% discount to reorder a new one, but they wouldn't reimburse me for the original sale.

I was really upset about this. I mean, I had paid for a product and they just took my money and refused to fix the problem. It's like they didn't care about me as a customer at all. I've never encountered a business that would treat their customers this way. It's really disappointing.

Honestly, I think TeeNavi might be a scam. Or maybe they're just a bunch of jerks. Either way, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them. Buyer beware!

TeeNavi Exceptional Customer Service and Quality Products: My TeeNavi Review

My experience with TeeNavi was absolutely amazing! I reached out to their Help Desk for assistance and I was blown away by the level of support I received. Not only was the help I received top-notch, but it was also provided in a timely manner. I had a lot of questions and concerns, but the team at TeeNavi answered every single one of them without any hesitation. They didn't give me the runaround or ask me any silly questions like some other help desks tend to do.

I decided to customize two of my five hoodies and had some questions about the other two. The TeeNavi team sent me a mockup of the customized hoodies and made any tweaks I requested without any hassle. I received my hoodies in record time and they were not only correct, but they were also absolutely beautiful! The quality of the pictures on the hoodies was amazing and the best I've ever seen from an online hoodie shop. I order a lot of hoodies online (probably more than any sane person should, I have over 50 and counting!) and I can honestly say that I won't be ordering from anywhere else ever again.

Overall, TeeNavi exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Their customer service is top-notch, their products are high-quality, and their delivery is super fast. I would highly recommend TeeNavi to anyone looking for customized hoodies or any other type of clothing. They are simply the best!

TeeNavi Poor Customer Service and Delayed Shipping: My Experience with TeeNavi

I totally agree with the previous reviewer. I recently ordered some shirts from TeeNavi for my employees to wear at our Christmas party. Unfortunately, the shirts did not arrive in the time frame that was advertised on their website. I was really disappointed and frustrated with the delay, so I decided to purchase from WLmart instead.

I tried to contact TeeNavi's customer service team by email, but there was no phone number available. Every response I received from the sender was the same - "please be patient, give it a few more days, we are a small business, if we refund you we lose money." I understand that TeeNavi is a small business, but this is not an excuse for poor customer service.

I will never order from TeeNavi again and I do not recommend this site to others. In fact, I checked their ratings on site scammer and scam detector, and they only have a 45% and 39.5% rating respectively. This is not a good sign.

To make matters worse, I was given a tracking number which showed that the package was not picked up after 3 days. I am completely over it and just want a refund. I have already filed a dispute with my bank and reported the site on the BBB website.

If you are thinking about ordering from TeeNavi, I strongly suggest that you check their social media pages first. Their Instagram page was not found and their Twitter page only had 2 posts from the summer. It's just a mess.

Overall, I do not recommend TeeNavi. Save yourself the hassle and order from a more reliable and trustworthy site.

TeeNavi Frustrating Experience with TeeNavi: Delayed Order and Poor Communication

I recently placed an order on TeeNavi's website for a white t-shirt with some printing on it. However, on June 4th, I received an email stating that the color I had chosen was out of stock and that they only had grey available. I was okay with that, so I responded to the email. However, the response I received from TeeNavi was difficult to understand in some places, and they changed my order without my consent. I understand that there are delays with everything right now, so I didn't mind waiting a bit longer for my order.

On June 7th, I received an update email from TeeNavi stating that my order had been shipped to the shipping process, but there was no tracking information or any other details. It's now June 20th, and I still haven't received my order. I emailed TeeNavi again to ask if it had been shipped, and I received the same response as before, saying that it had been shipped to shipping and that maybe the shipper was trying to ship it to me. I'm not sure what will happen, but I hope that my $30 t-shirt is nice and fits well.

Overall, I found the experience with TeeNavi to be frustrating. The emails I received were difficult to understand in some places, and it was hard to get a clear answer about the status of my order. TeeNavi is based in Texas, so I'm not sure why the emails were so hard to understand. I wanted to support a smaller business during these difficult times, but I think I'll stick with Amazon in the future.

TeeNavi Terrible Experience with TeeNavi: Faulty Product and Poor Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with TeeNavi. I would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered a sweatshirt approximately 6 weeks before Christmas, but it took 7 weeks to arrive. I was so excited to give it as a gift, but it missed Christmas. When I contacted TeeNavi about the delay, they blamed it on the pandemic, but I later found out that they never shipped or printed it. It wasn't until 6 days before it arrived that I received a tracking number, after sending 3 emails requesting information about the status of my order.

When I finally received the order, it was not the sweatshirt graphic I ordered. The graphic they produced on a sweatshirt I didn't order wasn't even visible. To make matters worse, there were white paint spots scattered around it as if they were handling it with paint on their fingers or in a dirty shop. The quality of their product is pathetic, and I doubt they will refund your money for faulty products. They told me they won't refund my money or replace the garment unless it was their fault.

The sweatshirt I received was supposed to say "MAC MILLER," but it was not effective at all. How is anyone supposed to know who that is or what it says? And again, this is not even the Mac Miller sweatshirt I ordered. My Mac Miller sweatshirt choice was completely different. If you type in "Mac Miller Rip [protected]," both of these sweatshirts come up. They made a mistake, and I promise you this place is a scam. Avoid TeeNavi at all costs. These people are con artists and need to be put out of business.

TeeNavi Disappointing Experience with TeeNavi: Poor Quality and Frustrating Process

So, I recently ordered a shirt from TeeNavi and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience. First off, it took them a whole month just to print one shirt! And when I finally got it, the writing on it was so small, I could barely even read it.

To make matters worse, they sent me an email with a tracking number, but the product didn't actually ship for another week. I was getting pretty frustrated at this point, so I decided to threaten to call my bank and report it as a fraud claim.

But then, a miracle happened! My tracking was finally updated and I had my package in just two days. I mean, it shouldn't have taken me threatening them for them to finally get their act together, but at least I finally got my shirt.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend TeeNavi. The quality is poor and the whole process was just way too frustrating for me.

TeeNavi Disappointing Experience with TeeNavi: Wrong Order and No Refunds

So, I ordered a shirt from TeeNavi and they sent me the wrong one with a picture that I didn't even want. I was pretty upset about it, so I contacted them to get a refund. They told me that they would send me a replacement shirt at no charge, but they wouldn't give me my money back. I told them that I didn't even want the shirt anymore and that I just wanted my money back, but they still said no refunds. It's really frustrating because they messed up my order in the first place.

On top of that, the shirt that they did send me is made of super stiff material. It's not comfortable at all and I don't even want to wear it. I feel like I wasted my money on this place and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to buy your clothes.

TeeNavi TeeNavi Review: Disappointing Delivery and Customer Service Experience

I gotta say, TeeNavi is really testing my patience. I mean, they say they'll get your stuff to you in 5 to 7 business days, but that's a load of baloney if you ask me. I've been waiting for over a month now and still haven't gotten my hands on my order. It's like they don't even care about their customers.

To make matters worse, they tried to blame the delay on me! They said they had the wrong address and had to send another package, but I know for a fact that I gave them the right address. It's like they're just making excuses to cover up their own mistakes.

I mean, I get it, things happen. But the least they could do is keep me updated on what's going on. Instead, I have to keep reaching out to them to find out what's happening with my order. It's like they're playing a game of hide and seek with me.

Honestly, I'm not sure if I'll ever order from TeeNavi again. This whole experience has been a real headache. I just hope that someday they'll get their act together and start treating their customers with the respect they deserve. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

TeeNavi Poor Customer Service and No Exchange Policy - TeeNavi Review

So, I bought a couple of shirts from TeeNavi for my teenage cousins as a gift. I was a bit skeptical about the sizes, but I took a chance and ordered them online. When the shirts arrived, I realized that I had made a mistake with the sizes. I decided to email TeeNavi and ask if I could exchange them for the right sizes.

To my surprise, they said no! They told me that if there were no defects with the shirts, then the problem was mine and not theirs. I was really disappointed with their response. I mean, come on, I just wanted to exchange the shirts for the right sizes.

To make matters worse, TeeNavi was very slow to respond to my emails. It took them forever to get back to me, and when they did, it was with a negative response. I was really frustrated with their lack of customer service.

I don't believe their online statements about wanting their customers to be satisfied. If they really cared about their customers, they would have been more accommodating and understanding. I would not recommend TeeNavi to anyone. Stay away from this company if you want to avoid disappointment.

TeeNavi Disappointing Experience with TeeNavi: Long Wait and Poor Communication

So, I ordered a shirt from TeeNavi (teenavi.com) and let me tell you, it's been a long wait. I mean, it's been over a month and I still haven't received it. They keep telling me it's on the way, but I'm starting to think they're just lying to me. It's frustrating, to say the least.

I can't really speak to the quality of the shirt since I haven't received it yet, but honestly, my expectations are pretty low at this point. I mean, if they can't even get the shipping right, how good can the product really be?

Honestly, I wouldn't waste your time with this "company" (if you can even call it that). I mean, it's not like they're some big, reputable brand or anything. They're just some random website selling shirts. And if my experience is any indication, they're not very good at it.

So yeah, if you're thinking about ordering from TeeNavi, I'd say think twice. There are plenty of other places to buy shirts online that won't make you wait a month or more and won't lie to you about when your order will arrive.

So, I was pretty stoked to get my hands on this face mask from TeeNavi. But, when I opened it up, I was super bummed to see that the quality was pretty shoddy. I mean, come on, I was expecting something a bit better than this. So, I decided to reach out to their customer service team to see if I could get a refund. But, instead of just giving me a straight answer, they tried to offer me another product. Like, seriously? That's not what I asked for. Needless to say, I won't be buying anything else from TeeNavi and I'll be sure to let everyone know about my experience. Honestly, I probably could have had better luck shopping on Wish.com.

TeeNavi TeeNavi: Art Theft and Copyright Infringement - A Warning to Buyers

I'm really upset with TeeNavi. They're using my images without my permission and I've already sent them two notices to stop. They haven't responded to either of them, which is really frustrating. I own the copyrights to my art and they're breaking the law by using it without my permission. I'm thinking about getting a lawyer involved because this is just not okay. It's not just my art either, all the art on their site is stolen. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them because they're criminals.

TeeNavi Unfair Exchange Policy for Custom-Made Items at TeeNavi

So, I recently purchased a T-shirt from TeeNavi and unfortunately, it was way too big for me. I tried to exchange it for a smaller size, but I was informed that I couldn't return it because it was custom-made. I was a bit confused because I thought I could make an even exchange, but apparently, that wasn't the case.

The customer service representative told me that if I wanted to get another T-shirt, I would have to pay half of what the T-shirt cost. This meant that I would be paying full price and then half price for just one T-shirt, which didn't make sense to me. I also wasn't able to return the shirt for a refund, which was disappointing.

Overall, I'm not too happy with my experience with TeeNavi. It's frustrating that I can't return a custom-made item, and the exchange policy seems a bit unfair. I hope they can improve their policies in the future to make it easier for customers to get the products they want.

TeeNavi Disappointing Experience with TeeNavi: Lack of Communication and Language Barrier

I ordered from TeeNavi on April 5th, 2020. At first, I didn't hear anything from them for weeks, but I kept checking their site. Finally, I saw that my order had been updated with a tracking number. Excited to see where my package was, I checked the tracking number on the USPS website, but to my dismay, it said that they had not received the item.

Feeling frustrated, I decided to reach out to TeeNavi via email. However, the response I received was in broken English, which made it difficult for me to understand. They told me that my order was complete and to click on a link below. I clicked on the link, which took me to the USPS website, but it still stated that they hadn't received anything.

I have since sent TeeNavi two more emails, but I have yet to receive a response. I'm starting to feel like my order may never arrive. It's disappointing because I was really looking forward to receiving my purchase from TeeNavi.

Overall, my experience with TeeNavi has been frustrating. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and the language barrier has made it difficult for me to get any answers. I hope that TeeNavi can improve their customer service in the future so that others don't have to go through the same experience.

TeeNavi Mixed Experience with TeeNavi: Spelling Error and Slow Refund Process, but Ultimately Got My Money Back

So, I had a bit of a problem with TeeNavi a few months back. I ordered a shirt from them and when it arrived, there was a pretty big spelling error on it. I contacted their customer service and was told that there was nothing they could do about it. Needless to say, I was pretty frustrated.

I decided to leave a negative review on their website, hoping that it would get their attention. And it did! A few days later, I received an email from TeeNavi offering to refund my money if I mailed the shirt back to them. Unfortunately, I had already gotten rid of the shirt, so I couldn't take them up on their offer.

Fast forward a few months and I had pretty much forgotten about the whole thing. But then, out of the blue, I received an email from TeeNavi saying that they were going to refund my money anyway, even though I didn't return the shirt. I was pleasantly surprised!

While I'm glad that I got my money back, I still think that TeeNavi could have handled the situation better. The shirt should never have been printed with a spelling error in the first place, and it shouldn't have taken so long for me to get a refund. But hey, at least they did the right thing in the end.

Overall, I think TeeNavi has some room for improvement when it comes to customer service. But if they can get their act together, I think they have the potential to be a great company.
