scammers!!!
This company LOOKS, BEHAVES like a scam and IS a scam.
First of all, each respectful company has a decent (or simply has) customer service and provides their customers with all of the possible contacts: phone numbers, email, online form and whatever else. The TechRabbit is not like this.
Second, their items are not the best. Low quality. Slow delivery.
And beware, if you got the broken item. It means they will give you a hard time to reach them. Because it's impossible to call them. You can email, but they will never respond.
that happened to me and I am very disappointed I wasted my time and money on these idiots, who can't even get their stuff together and start working properly. They got my money and disappeared. So typical for scammers...

I order a Samsung Dex refurb from this website. I knew it looked sketch but the price was way better than anywhere else I saw on the internet. I order it and they didn't send a confirmation code or tracking number or anything but one day I check my door and I got the package. It has been working for a year and a half and for the money I spent I never am gonna look back. It was properly packaged in bubble wrap and everything I only spent $20. I would buy from them again if I found something from their stock that I needed but it's kinda limitied.
