Tech Mahindra review: BPS service

I am writing this email to formally escalate a serious concern regarding the circumstances surrounding my forced resignation, unjust assignment of L2 responsibilities, and the handling of my medical leave.
I have been subjected to continuous pressure to resign, which I firmly believe amounts to a forced resignation rather than a voluntary decision. This situation has caused significant mental stress and has adversely impacted my professional dignity. Despite my willingness to continue working and contributing, I was repeatedly informed—directly and indirectly—that resignation was the only option being provided to me.
Additionally, I was assigned L2-level responsibilities without any prior discussion, consent, formal role alignment, or adequate training. This assignment was not part of my original job role and was imposed without proper documentation or transition planning, which is against fair HR practices and professional standards.
I would also like to highlight an issue related to my unplanned medical leave. I had to take unplanned leave on 25th December and 26th December due to medical reasons. I duly informed the concerned stakeholders and also submitted the required medical documents to support my absence. However, this legitimate medical leave was later used against me and became part of the pressure and negative narrative leading towards my forced resignation, which is highly unfair and unjustified.
I respectfully request senior management to review the following points:
The circumstances under which pressure was applied for my resignation
The unjust and undocumented assignment of L2 responsibilities
The improper handling of my medical leave on 25th and 26th December despite valid medical documentation
The lack of transparent communication and due process
I request a fair and unbiased investigation into this matter and appropriate corrective action. I am seeking a resolution that upholds employee rights, ethical HR practices, and Tech Mahindra’s core values.
I am hopeful that senior leadership intervention will ensure fairness and justice in this matter.
