Teamwork Property Management is a company that needs to get its act together. They seem to be stuck in the past and not keeping up with the times. The manager they assigned to us was not very helpful at all. They couldn't give us the right advice and when they did, it was often incomplete or just plain wrong. This made it very difficult for us to get things done properly.

One of the biggest problems we had was with repairs. Even when we gave clear instructions, they were often done in the wrong order. This meant that temporary plumbing repairs were covered up, which caused even more problems down the line. It was frustrating to see that they couldn't even get the basics right.

Another issue we had was with accounting. Every month, we would find expenses in the wrong categories. This is basic accounting and it's something that should be done correctly every time. It's hard to understand why a company that claims to be professional can't even get this right.

Overall, our experience with Teamwork Property Management was not a good one. They need to step up their game and start providing better service to their clients. The struggling is real for some, but it shouldn't be this hard to get things done properly.

I've been an owner of a condo unit managed by Team Work Management in Abbotsford for a long time now. In my opinion, they are the worst and most untrustworthy property management company out there. There's an older lady who works for the company who has been known to control Contingency Reserve Funds and provide work to her family for personal benefits. She's even been caught mishandling funds in the past, and yet she continues to condone her behavior. As owners, we need to be vigilant and read our annual budgets carefully to avoid being scammed by this company.

It's really frustrating to see so many negative reviews about this company that aren't being taken seriously by other owners. I think it's important that these complaints and reviews are sent to the attention of the BC Strata Council so that they can take action against Team Work Management. They really shouldn't be in the property management business if they can't be trusted to handle our strata fees properly.

Overall, I would not recommend Team Work Management to anyone looking for a property management company. They are untrustworthy and have a history of mishandling funds. It's important that we as owners take action against them and make sure that they are held accountable for their actions.

Teamwork Property Management has been managing our strata on Edward Street in Chilliwack for about 15 years. We've had Julie Bumby as our property manager for the past decade or so, and she's been a great help to us. I've served on the strata council for many of those years, and I've found Julie's experience and insight to be very helpful. She's always been willing to guide us and provide us with the information we need to keep our building running smoothly.

There's a lot to understand about the Strata Act and other items that strata councils need to be mindful of when operating their buildings. Julie has always been there to help us understand certain strata acts and responsibilities, as well as what would be a good practice to keep our building in top running order. Whenever we had a question, she was always more than willing to help us out and give us options and an understanding of how we should deal with the situation. Of course, we still had to make our own decisions based on the information provided by our property manager.

Julie has been a hard worker for our building, and she's weathered a few misunderstandings and interactions between the strata and our residents. We've greatly benefited from her calm demeanor and vast knowledge of current issues and upcoming events. She's always been there to help us out, and we appreciate all the hard work she's put in over the years.

Overall, we're very happy with Teamwork Property Management and Julie Bumby. They've been a great help to us over the years, and we look forward to continuing to work with them in the future. Great job, Julie!

I've been using Teamwork Property Management for a while now and I must say, it's the best project management system I've ever used. I've tried many others in the past, but none of them come close to the features and functionality of Teamworkpm. I've been using it for about 2 or 3 years now and it's been my go-to tool ever since.

One of the things I love about Teamworkpm is that it's online and has a mobile app, which makes it easy to access and use from anywhere. They also upgrade it frequently, which means that it's always up-to-date and has the latest features. I've even requested a couple of features in the past and they were added after a few months, which shows that they really care about their users.

The interface is really nice and easy to use, and it has almost everything you need, including gantt charts, project assets, and risks. It's much better than other project management tools like basecamp, in my view. The only downside is that the timer feature isn't perfect, but you can add a harvest timer to make up for it.

The cost of Teamworkpm is also very reasonable, and there's even a free version available. I'm using the pro version and I've never used all the storage of projects I'm allowed. I can definitely recommend this product to anyone who needs a reliable and efficient project management system. Give it a try, you won't regret it.

With Teamworkpm, you can create clients, projects, tasks lists, add messages, project resources, set milestones, give access at various levels to different users, set privacy on some items, and automatically send emails each time something is updated. You can even reply via email to automatically add the new comment to the queue. It also allows you to foresee project risks and share files on the server or on Dropbox or Google Drive.

In my opinion, Teamworkpm is the unparalleled project software. The only other tool that comes close is Intervals, but their interface isn't as good. However, they do have really nice features. But I chose Teamworkpm and I don't regret it. It's the best project management system out there.
