Fake call letter after 10k advance

I am Rakesh.G, a lady by name Ramya.G had called me stating they are doing back door jobs SHE IS AN HR and i should be paying 10000 as advance.She provided me the bank account number [protected] (SBI account number), The account holder name is Gautham.branch code is sbin0000934. I deposited 10000 to this account on friday 23/05/2014.As they told we will get a mail first from TCS carriers with no interview location details, once they receive the amount i would get the call letter with all details . Her contact number is [protected].Now she has switched off her mobile.I am sure she is an employee of TCS. I have received a mail from TCS carriers, which is not possible to be send by people outside the company.I had even mailed the deposit slip to her. Can some one look into this.

On what basis are the ratings given? Are the high ratings given to those people who just focus on keeping their TL/PL happy by buttering them and maintaining personal relationships with them, and by unnecessarily wasting time sitting in office looking at computer screens and doing no constructive work? Are the low ratings given to those employees who focus on finishing work on time and not unnecessarily wasting time by sitting idle. What kind of employee friendly techniques are being followed by TCS?

I am here by drawn your attention to one of the Fake company that is "Valid Page " that has been run from Ducat Institute, A-43, Sector -16, Noida-201303 . These people will answer all the verification calls for this company from their Noida institute . There is no such company exist . These people provide certificates from bogus companies are quite rampant. Not only are such fake certificates available for a meagre Rs 15, 000 to Rs 20, 000, these bogus companies even have people who answer calls and verify information during background checks.
There are almost most of the employees recruited in TCS in 2010, 2011 and 2012 (at Noida Office ) have been working on this fake company (Valid Page)experience . TCS needs to take an action against them asap otherwise it seems that TCS will be giving motivation to the Fake companies

hi I am from Chennai. got offer letter from tcs bpo. based on the confirmation mail I resigned my old job. I got relieved also from previous organization. I have submitted all the required documents to the tcs. now I am waiting for more than one month without joining date. whenever I am asking about this to the hr. they are keep on asking me to wait. I already lost one month. still there is no proper response from them. I don't know what to do. I have the confirmation offer by mail. what can I do?

I, Dr.M.Nagaraja is a qualified Radiologist. As a preemployment health check-up package I did ultrasound scan (abdomen) of 350-400 campus interview candidates for TCS company (in [protected]) in the clinic "Doctor & Medicne' in Ejipura, Koramangala, Bangalore as tie up with Religare (that time it was SRL Ranbaxy).
Even after 3 1/2 years they have not paid a single rupee. It was hectic in the traffic of Bangalore to go all the way from C.V.Raman Nagar to Koramangala in early mornings with my own scan machine, my own vehicle, fuel at my expense, my own paper for reports & my precious time.
Clinic owner Mr.Umashankar blames Religare diagnostics & Religare people put the blame on TCS company.

Arpita Mohanty(arpita1.[protected]@tcs.com), is working in TCS, Gurgaon as an Asst. System Engineer for Medco project. But this candidate is a fake candidate. She is having more than 1.5 years of fake experience from BIz Consultancy, Mumbai. But to be honest in that period, she was working in Accel front line Bangalore as a project trainee([protected]) and was staying in Bannerghatta road, Arikere, Bangalore. Before that she was doing Hardware and Networking courses in Zoom Technology, Hydrabad.
She had a bond of 1 year in Accel frontline. But suddenly she left the company with out notice period. Then she joined in PCS technology in [protected]) and worked for project Volvo IT.
She has purchased the fake certificate from BIz Technology, Mumbai by paying some money. When she joined in TCS as per document she had only 10 months of experience. I am working in TCS since 5 years; I am very honest, simple and hardworking person.
TCS has policy of giving every year 15-20% employee to give Band D in annual appraisal, D band means no increment or margin increment 3% around.
As a simple person even though working very hard in my team I am getting D band only because I don’t like wander here and around my TL/GL, don’t like butter polish, don’t like to do their personal work.
They have targeted me for D grade since, 5 years. Even though some people are doing her/his personal work only they are getting good grades. Also, for A grade maximum increment (in %age) hey have (TL/GL) kept for themselves.

Hi, i did my BCA in Correspondence and i know computer languages like C, C++, JAVA and Hardware learn at Computer Educational centers. Once i finish my BCA i attend top software companies interview. But they are not allowing me to attend the interview and rejecting me saying that i did my graduation in correspondence. They are following this blind idea that correspondence does not have knowledge. But let them give a chance to prove my ability by conducting interviews. it is costing my future now.

damaged claim of auto transport
I had my vehicle BMW X5 transported from Massachusetts to Alaska through Mercury Auto Transport. The auto carrier that picked my vehicle is called Motion Express based on Portland Oregon. The driver, VLADIMIR SVIRIDIUK transported my vehicle from Massachusetts to Seattle...Ralf with Alaska Auto Transport in Seattle discovered a big dent and 2 little dents on the hood of my X5...my husband said that it looks like someone stepped on the hood of my car to reach something on the top. When my vehicle arrived in Anchorage, the tailgate had a really bad dent now too...but Alaska Auto Transport said that the tailgate damage happened at their parking lot when they tried to unload my vehicle from the trailer. Alaska Auto Transport took care of the damage in one week.. but the damage on the hood caused by Motion Express...I waited 2 months and now just got a letter from their insurance adjuster that was handling the case, JENNIFER GARCIA [protected] ext 670 that they are not going to pay for the damage. JENNIFER GARCIA was very rude, unprofessional, and prejudiced! When Michael, my agent with Mercury Auto Transport emailed her to check on the status of my claim she lied to Michael that she had REPEATEDLY tried to contact me to get my mailing address. REPEATEDLY means twice or more...she's only called me ONCE at 4pm on the same day when I called Michael that morning to ask about the status of my claim. I had missed her call, when I called back they were already gone, so I talked to her the following morning. And MOTION EXPRESS I found out that it has very bad reviews! My agent assured me that it was a good and reliable company that they deal with them all the time. They lied!

unknowingly sign you up for a membership
They state that you are only charged $1.00 to use their service and if they are unable to provide that service for you they will refund your $1.00. They do not tell you that you are signing up for a 7 day free trial membership and if you do not cancel within that 7 days you will be charged $18.95 a month. I am very cautions and always read the find print, so I was quite surprised when I received a charge to my account for $18.95. After talking with them they did agree to refund half of the $18.95 and cancel my membership which I made sure to get a confirmation code for.

I just now experienced the very same thing but I could not get a refund. I said I would spread their name and practice to everyone I know and I was refused an address. I was just told that they were based out of the US. Because I "chose" not to cancel within the 7 days it was basically my problem. I also told them I did not "choose" to become a member, just wanted one phone number.
same thing happened here and when they said a 50% refund I demanded a 100% refund - which I received. Don't give up on 50%.
I didn't read anywhere where I was going to be charged - also I couldn't get back into the site to cancel so I did it over the phone.
I just finished going through the same thing a few moments ago. I canceled moments after I discovered they had no information for me but the agent tells me in the fine print you must call as well to confirm your cancellation. Therefore a charge shows up over a week later, they refund half my money in five to seven business days. What a scam! Who the heck needs that service full time and is willing to pay a monthly membership fee. I was trying to find my Aunt's son whom she hasn't spoken to in nearly 20 years. They were of no assistance but I got stuck with a ridiculous charge!
Tcs –criteria for experience professionals
I would like to draw your attention about the eligibility critera of tcs for 3+ years of experience professionals i. E. Consistent academic records class x onwards (Minimum 50%) . Even they are not allowing people who had once below 50%.
As a human being some time it happens that a student secured below 50% marks in 10'th or 12'th or in graduation or in pg. He might be ill, due to some family problem, due to his family financial condition etc. There could be no of reasons which forced a student to perform below average but if the government of india is allowing 40% as passing percentage who gave them the right to restrict them.
I have questions for them:
1. Is 10th class percentage is going to help a software engineer to develop good software?
2. Are you aware about the qualification of bill gate? Who is founder of microsoft.
3. Isn't a matter of shame for the company who is one of the largest company of india?
4. Is this criteria increasing % race ? If a student is dreaming to be a part of tcs but due to some reason, he didn't get above 50% in any class and due to this frustration if the student committed sucide. Then who will be responsible for that.
If this big brands kills the talent due to % in 10th class, its a matter of shame to them.
Tcs could not imagine these professionals can change the software world.

ENA*Blackbelttcs is a scam. I was supposed to receive information about an online business. I paid .99 for it. I didn't get an email from the company, ever. I noticed a charge for $54.95 on my debit card. I called the blackbelt number that was listed on the statement. They refused to refund any amount, claiming that I had exceeded the 14 day trial period. They said that a link was sent via email with my account information. That was bogus, there was no such thing.
I talked to two reps and got no satisfaction.
I attempted to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency, but I didn't have any information about the real company name, address or anything.
These folks are getting off scot free with their scam. The only way to stop them is to put the message out on the web.

It said find out about anyones background try it for $1.00 for a buck what the *** it's only a buck even if I don't find out anything not much of a loss even if I don't get my buck back. So I tried it looking for and old friend and on a former coworker that was let go for a drug problem. I have all the pertinent info on him. It returned nothing. They returned my buck and that was that or so I thought. This morning I was doing my banking and low and behold there was a charge of $18.95 that was just processing and looking closer there was another one last month only a few days after I had been to there web site. I called the number that was listed on my on line statement and told the girl that I did not sign up for any thing I just wanted to take advantage of the $1.00 trial and that I had opted out of any thing els by UN checking the box at the bottom she said no that was some other offer. She said that by trying there service that that automatically signed me up and that just to try it once was $4.95 but it don't say that on there web site or if it does I could not find it. Well any way after I told her that I was going to list them on [redacted].com she agreed to give me back the money for the payment that was being processed as we spoke on9/14. But not the one that they took on 8/16. So I made good on my promise and went to [redacted].com and submitted a report. Strangely enough there was nothing on [redacted] at all and I almost drooped the hole thing. And then I tried to go to there web site to get some info when I accidentally stumbled on this site and after reading some of the reviews here I went back to rip off and filled a report telling them that there may not be any reports there but there were plenty every where els. when I got done I got back on the phone and threatened to join a class action law suit that was mounting against them. And was immediately refunded my money.

this company, FASTCSUP.COM charged my account $23.32 without my consent. I did not get a receipt, explaination of charges or any way to contact the company or the company or service they work for. I was charged for something I did not get or some service I didnot get, don't have, or canceled. I want a full refund at not further expense to me and no further charges from that company.
They suck you in for $1 then bill your card $18.95 monthly. Interesting that their phone message immediately gets all legal-de-[censored] to make you think you can't fight it. My Chase credit card representative got them to refund the $18.95. Chase provides terrific service! I'm a good reader and was really aggravated thinking of all the $18.95's they were stealing from customers that I decided to try for the refund. I'll think it will come through or Chase will take the next step.

Don't do any business with this store! I purchased Sarna cream from MyOTCSstore. 4 days later I received a package with wrong items - there was no Sarna - they sent me some wound wash liquid and one of those bottles was empty! I called them, and complained - they said I will NOT HAVE any refund unless I mail their package back to them. They want me to spend my time and gas to correct their mistake.
I am calling them every day, and I can’t get my money back! It is a dirty business!

I couldn't figure out why I was $50 short in my account until I received my account statement and saw that this company had withdrawn the money from my account, this is after I had paid $3.95 to get some promo material shipped to me which I never received. There was nothing said about an additional $50 charge. I am mad and I want my money back, all of it!

I have just received a refund from them for $151.15. They took out of my account because they did not honor their own T&C, this was the only avenue I could use, even though they were not authorized to remove because I never purchased from them. The refund doe not change how I feel about this fake company. All I can say is pursue them through every avenue available and don't give up.

I contacted club mahindra in the first week of april. Club Mahindra representative assured me that I will get the refund on 15 the April. But it is not happned and there is no communication from club mahindra
c) I contacted club mahindra agtain and I got the new date of April end.

This was not authorized, also another charge was from another bogus Merchant. is this an ongoing charge?
How do I go about stopping this charge?
I don't know who this is but Company got my Girlfriends account. I am going to find out who this is and I will take all appropriate actions to make sure they spend time in jail
