On what basis are the ratings given?? Are the high ratings given to those people who just focus on keeping their TL/PL happy by buttering them and maintaining personal relationships with them, and by unnecessarily wasting time sitting in office looking at computer screens and doing no constructive work? Are the low ratings given to those employees who focus on finishing work on time and not unnecessarily wasting time by sitting idle. What kind of employee friendly techniques are being followed by TCS?
