TapJoy tapjoy rewards/design home

I haven't received rewards in 3 weeks. I have looked at my phone settings based on your rules and they all appear correct as specified on the tapjoy account. I have submitted 100's of support tickets with no helo. So please don't tell me to do that again . My device isn't being recognized. It may be do to system changes with phone repair. It will
not pay out anything now for 3 weeks. I have tried everything to contact you to resolve this situation. what can be done so tapjoy recognizes my device. They say i'm
not blocked or banned but it doesn't work .

I am unable to submit support tickets. It says something happened please try again later. This is for each and every offer. obviously there is a bug attached to my app. This has been going on for months. now I am owed 39345 diamonds for an offer. That's a lot to not complain . I have sent numerous emails but no one reads them . I just get an automated response.

The same. I can submit tickets on design home but the drop down list doesn't include every offer that I am missing. I have Ben sending emails for weeks trying to get this resolved. I am

TapJoy walking dead missing coins from completed offers

I have completed offers, like mobile strike, and other various download and run offers. I never receive coins, I never receive emails. Even when I send screenshots. All I get is the initial automated response. Scopely says they cannot do anything.
I have tried resetting my phone, sending an email through the tapjoy device id app, creating a new account, just to see if I can get an answer from someone. Still no answer.
Very upset with their customer service. All you get are automated responses, with no help.

TapJoy missing coins walking dead road to survival

I completed an offer to subscribe to orangotv.Com with promises I wou.d receive coins in the walking dead road to survival. Orangotv.Com has already taken my money for the subscription, yet I am still waiting to be compensated my coin. I am also waiting on other completed offers as well, ancestry.com, texture, games downloaded, games, played nom nom kitties for 5 mins. The list goes on and on, what a scam, all they do is send me emails telling me offers that they have given me, little 6 coin offers but avoid ones worth 100's and 1000's.

TapJoy did not receive 761 gems for trails frontier if I bought proflowers

I bought a picture from proflowers so I can get the 761 gems for trails frontier in march 11 2017. They delivered the product on march 18 2017 for my wife and I anniversary. TapJoy clash of lords 2 gems

I completed enough offers to get me between 1000 to 1200 gems. And I put in my request to them for all it they didn't answer most of them. Only two saying I have already received my gems. When I know I didn't receive them. And I wrote them that and they never answered me back. I'm very upset over this it's been over a week and I think I would have noticed 1000 gems.

TapJoy your token offerts, the time you take to reply and the fraud I have been victim by your service your

I conpleted a lot of your offerts in exchange for tokens in the walking dead: road to survival and never got my tokens, so I wrote a letter to your costumer support and they replied only for the offerts I already had my tokens for, but they never replied to the ones I never recieved. I sent you screenshots about it 2 times and you never replied. Tapjoy owes me minimum of 2500 tokens for the game I subscribed, played for hours and completed the objectives. Those games are the wheel of fortune, moblie strike, king of avalon and some more. It has been two days already and I am still waiting. If I do not get my tokens in the two next days or at least get a god damn answer, I will take procedures to get them on the next level. Thank you for your time and understanding

P. S I sent you a screenshot of one of the many games I played. This one was worth 2000 tokens at least.

TapJoy no diamonds rewarded for several ads I subscribed for

I have completed savvy surveys on double diamonds week for 3232. And have not recieved them and car insurance quotes spoke to a representative. That was for 5435 diamonds. Still havent recieved them either. And a few more ads. Please fix this and send . I play the covet game. And my email is. [protected]@yahoo.com. thank you. I really enjoy your ads. And will continue to apply and register. But please award my diamonds so i can continue to play the covet fashion game.

TapJoy never receiving the diamonds promised

I am owed over 30, 000 diamonds and have gotten nothing but silence from tapjoy! You have stolen my money and neglected to uphold the contract! 22, 000 diamonds for a subscription to the disney movie club and 10, 000 diamonds for having flowers delivered! I still have receipts showing that the transactions were not cancelled yet you continue to ignore customers! I will be submitting formal complaints to the bbb for theft.

I
Completed offer by singing up to ladbrookes and depositing 10 which it asked for and placing bet if 10 and after thst I was supposed to recieve diamonds and aswell it was double diamonds and have no diamonds and this has been weeks, keep requesting them but still nothing not happy that I used £10 to do the offer and ive not received anything!?

TapJoy game of war

I downloaded the game God of war with the promise of 243 coins if I upgraded my strong tower to level 10. I worked diligently until I reached this level and received the coins. I went back about 2 hours later to do my daily puzzle and they were not in my bank. I have the screenshots. I wouldn't lie about this you just need to go in and check the app.

TapJoy walking dead game not getting money from my offers

I been complaining to you guys for the past few weeks, i did the apps/ads now wheres my coins? i even sent in screenshots through my email of the Game of War and Mobile strike im past level 10 or at level 10 in both games and did everything the app said to do, i upgraded my stronghold to level 10 even and i still been waiting for my coins for a few weeks. So i want this problem fixed and just want my coins you guys promised me, i want my level 10 and level 6 coins for my mobile strike and the level 5 and 10 for my Game of war also, my account user is Keaton and my account code is: PNR-NCN-BND, please contact as soon as you can and im gonna even send you screenshots of both games to prove im level 10 in both. TapJoy not receiving rewards after completed offer

I have not been paid for 2-3 offers listed in the 8 ball pool game. I'm on IOS and have good connection and finished tutorials or sign ups and have not received my cash reward.
It is unfair.

And why is the "feature not available" when you sign up for face ball in the 8 ball pool game as well.
What is the "feature", I hope it's not just the 5 CASH reward shown. That's too little. I'm hoping you get more prizes BESIDES the daily spin, and the every HOUR coin collect. Please explain. Thank you.

Hello i did one of the requirements to get 384 bucks which was play mobile strike reach lvl 10 and ill get 384 bucks and i have yet to receive it i did many other offers and got the bucks for it except that one please help i did everything it ask me to do and i have yet to receive it its been 2 days already that ive been waiting amd i already put a complaint and they have yet gotten back to me

TapJoy no avakin coins after buying ebook on kobo

My friend and I both did this offer. He had his coins instantly and I still have nothing. Since this is not the first time this has happened to me I know that the "missing coins" button just isn't helping. I am still waiting for my last missing coins and this way three weeks ago. I did everything avakin advised to resolve the problem, with no succes. Since Tapjoy doesn't seem to reply within the month and I am still about 34000 avakin coins short I would at least like the coins that had to come with the purchase on kobo.
I don't know where to write to anymore, so please just direct me or help me out here because this is unbelieveable.

TapJoy covet, diamonds

I signed up for a 7 day free trial of Videostripe for doible diamonds. I waited 5 days before cancelling the subscription, because I wanted to make sure it was past the halfway mark but I obviously didn't want to get charged $50 for a service I didn't want. I waited a few days, then sent an email to Tapjoy asking for my diamonds with a screenshot of my confirmation email. That was weeks ago and I still have not received the diamonds. I have a screenshot of how many diamonds I should have received, which is 6484 diamonds.

TapJoy diamonds. covet fashion

I have completed numerous offers during the double diamond period over 2 weeks ago, did not receive my diamonds and had one reply. Yesterday completed the SAME offer - Thumbr subscription not entirely sure how my phone bill has been charged now - still have not received any diamonds. Am now owed over 20000 covet diamonds. This is in addition to a handful of other offers that took over 24 hrs to fulfil. I want this rectified immediately or further action will be taken!

I have completed more than one offers and paid for them both in covet fashion and in design home. I haven't received promised diamonds and when I sent complaints I got only generic auto replies yet still no diamonds. I want to complain about this company as it cheats and misleads its users.

TapJoy permanently banned from tapjoy for checking to see if I received my rewards using ios.

I started using Tapjoy playing Kill Shot Bravo and after a few months of getting gold from all the offers I completed, I started not getting my gold depending on the type of offer. To see what I could do to fix this, or to see which offers worked, I would open up my IPad while doing offers on Tapjoy. This means I was on Tapjoy and logged into my game twice simultaneously. I never received the email of being banned but I know that I didn't intentially log into Tapjoy and I wanted to know if I could be reinstated.

TapJoy walking dead free coins

This place has the worst customer service imaginable! I have completed so many offers and received NONE of my coins, I've emailed them a million times and I've gotten 2 replies, one saying I didn't complete the offer (which I did) and they weren't giving me anything, and another one saying that I haven't replied to their emails of which I never got and they are assuming they have fixed my issue and they are closing the file, if it wasn't resolved to reply to the email (which I did) and they never bothered to reply back. I will never recommend anyone to use these services as they can't even reply to an email. Been ripped off for so many coins these people are unbelievable. Thanks for nothing.

I have downloaded many games and played as directed and you all being a big fraud doesn't want to give them. Evidently with all the complaints on here you guys are just a bigger fraud than I thought. I will be sure and let all my gamer friends about you and tell them not to use you. I will also be contacting the better business bureau.
