Dorothy *** has been so helpful to me as I have been trying edit my husband's book and send it to her. I know so little about computers as she has very patiently walked me through all of the steps. She has really taken her time with me and treated me as not only a client but a friend.

The process took longer than I thought, but in the end I was satisfied with the product. The editorial and design people responded to my requests for changes through Ruth ***. Ruth *** saw my book through its publication and was the last and most helpful of the several customer service agents assigned to me.

Dolores *** did an excellent job in circulating my publication among reviewers. The reviewers of my book had done a good job of giving an overall evaluation of the material covered in the book that will greatly help the readers and potential buyers. It is my hope that these reviews will be posted by the book companies that sell my book.

I have been very pleased with the services of GotoPublish. My book took a bit longer to publish but I expect that was due to the pandemic. When it reached Hans Pastrana, my campaign manager, he dealt with it very efficiently. I have come to know Hans and have found him to be very polite, courteous and caring of my needs as a customer. Go-to-Publish did a great job in publishing my novel, *** on the *** I really appreciated their professionalism and follow-through in the process, and each of their representatives from Christian to Ruth *** were exceptional in their concern, care, and contact. Even in the pandemic, not once did I have to seek them out to get an update on my work. They were consistently proactive and kept me apprised of what was needed and when the different stages of publishing would be completed. Furthermore, they have very reasonable pricing for their services. I would highly recommend them for publishing and marketing.

Okay, I self-publish my fiction and let me tell you, I have looked the world over for good quality self-publishing firms. As luck would have I received a call one day from a rep of GTP explaining that reviewing old self published books, they saw mine, Unsanctioned by E. G. Jones, had really great reviews on Amazon and they would like to try and spark new life in it. Well, I went for it and guess what? The have this lady, I think she works in Writer's Services . . . Emma ***. Now since I first signed up with them, she has held my hand, shined light on my path and paid more attention to detail than an astronaut. Without her help, I have no idea what would have happened to my second book, Temple and my first that they managed to spark new life into. Her attention to every aspect of publishing, scheduling, editing and re-visiting every necessary detail in getting this done . . . it has been her, Emma *** that made it all work. So . . thank you Emma!

I paid $393 to Gotopublish to get my book ready for publishing, but they didn't do what they promised. I sent them my manuscript at the start of the year, and they were supposed to get it ready for publishing and then publish it. But they didn't even finish getting it ready, and when they sent it back to me twice, it was still not good enough to publish. I told them what needed to be changed, but they still didn't do it. Now they're not answering my emails, and I've asked for my money back a bunch of times.

This company is a total scam! They say they're in Atlanta, but they're really in the Philippines. They won't stop calling you until they get your money, and then they disappear. I bought a bunch of books from them, but I never got any royalties. When I tried to contact them, they wouldn't respond. When I stopped paying, they finally called me back and said I had earned $147 in royalties. But they still haven't paid me! I'm so mad! I wrote and drew my own book (Where is God?!) and they're just stealing from me! Don't trust these guys!

I signed up with GoToPublish on July 7th to distribute my second book and get reviews for it. It cost me $986. Then on July 13th, I signed up for my third book for $2496.48. I paid the first installment, and two more are due on August 13th and September. But on July 16th, I found out I had a bad sickness and needed to go to a big city for a month for treatment. I told my contact I had to cancel my contract. He said they could hold it for 1-2 years or until I was ready, but they would keep the first payment. He said he would ask management to not charge the other two payments yet. I said I needed the money, and he said he understood and would talk to his manager. I haven't heard from him since.

I paid Gotopublish.com $300 a month with $500 down. I started with them on November 15 and made my last payment on May 25th. I paid them a total of $2,000. They said they would print, edit, and put my books on Amazon to sell. They also said they would make my books 6 stars on Amazon and market them until November 2022. They even promised to make me a website for my books. I paid $2,000 for all of this. But then they stopped talking to me. They haven't tried to fix anything. They just stopped talking to me and I can't get in touch with them. I tried calling the phone numbers they gave me, but no one answers.

I hired Gotopublish.com over a year ago (January ) to publish my next book, *** and His Friends. Between that time and 2 months ago (April 2022), they breached the contract by changing book consultations 5 times. Each time, I had to resend all the files as they made drastic changes to the book from its original and wanted to charge me more. So, when asking for updates, they sent me the first black-white illustrations, which I pointed out the correction. However, when they came back in color back in August , nothing was corrected. When April 2022 came around, I asked for updates, but they ignored my calls. So, I sent them an email stating that I'm ending their relationship as a breach of construct and wanted my full refund. They keep ignoring me. I've called and emailed, but I get the runaround with the latest gentlemen (***). *** is the most uncaring manager. *** and *** both are no longer there, as well as *** whom the first contract was made from. I want my full refund of *** plus a loss of book sales of ***. Please help.

I paid $486.50 to GoToPublish on May 1. Since then, I've been passed around to over 6 different people. Finally, Ms Dorothy *** took over, but she's been a nightmare to deal with. She even sent me someone else's email! I've been emailing her since August , asking for a refund, but she just won't stop harassing me. She calls me from different numbers, and I've blocked her 404 number, but she keeps calling. I'm tired of this nonsense. I've made it clear that I want a refund and for her to stop harassing me, but she just doesn't get it. She even sent me an email saying they know why I want to cancel, but they need validation. I'm done with this company. They keep trying to bill me more and more, and I have the emails and invoices to prove it. Please make it stop and warn others not to get involved with this mess. I don't even know what product or service I paid for anymore. My account number is GXXXXXX.

I paid Gotopublish $600.00 to republish my books, but they asked for more money that wasn't in the contract. I paid $643.00 so far, but they said I needed to pay more before they could start. I talked to Flora and Shelley about it, but they didn't help. I almost canceled, but Shelley convinced me not to. Then Max told me I needed to pay $450.00 more. This is not what we agreed on, so I canceled on 04/01.

website, Gotopublish.com, is a great platform for anyone looking to publish their work online. I have been using it for a while now and have found it to be very user-friendly. The site is easy to navigate and the process of uploading my work was very straightforward.

However, there were a few spelling and grammar errors on the site that could be improved. Additionally, the punctuation used throughout the site was very basic, which made it difficult to read at times.

Overall, I would recommend Gotopublish.com to anyone looking to publish their work online. Despite the minor errors, the site is a great resource for writers and authors alike.
