Hello Talabat Support Team,
I am writing to formally complain about a blender I ordered yesterday from Talabat Mart, which does not work at all upon first use.
This purchase was extremely important to me. I used the last of my monthly salary to buy this item, trusting that it would be functional and reliable. Discovering that it is defective has caused me real distress and put me in a very difficult situation.
What makes this even more upsetting is that I have tried reaching out for help, but so far I have not received proper assistance or a clear solution. As a customer, I believe it is completely reasonable to expect support when a product arrives faulty.
I am requesting immediate action, either:
A full refund, or
A replacement with a working unit, collected and delivered at no additional cost to me.
Please understand that this situation genuinely hurts and has significantly affected my trust in Talabat. I hope this can be resolved quickly and professionally so that I do not have to escalate this matter further.
