I visited a Taco Bell 4.1 miles from my home on 07/20/2019 at approximately 16:23pm . I ordered 2 nachos they only placed 1 nacho in my bag. I called to make them aware. I spoke with a young lady who claimed to be the store manager on duty. Who was very rude and said that I have to come back down to the store to receive only the nacho or my refund for the nacho. Given the total inconvenience that was provided and the most disappointing customer service I requested to comp my entire meal. She said that she "WASNT" going to do that and hung up the phone in my face when I mentioned I will reach out to corporate.

    You expect a free meal because you didn’t check your bag and notice that it was light?
