We were very sad to have to have a lovely hickory taken down, because we love our trees. But it was dead and becoming dangerous. I've bought firewood before from Tackett's Tree Service and asked Josh for a price when he delivered this year's supply. He gave me an outstanding offer if I would have it done in February, their slowest month, and I agreed; I was aware of their reputation for honest, reliable work, and their price was the best I had received. I wasn't disappointed. They took the tree down quickly and efficiently, split and stacked the wood (so I won't be buying firewood from them for a couple of years as a result) and were great to work with. They were cheerful and hard-working and did the job in a day. They were respectful of our property, cleaned up thoroughly, and left everything in pristine condition. The tree was in an awkward spot but they were especially careful not to damage our yard, buildings, or an adjacent fence of my neighbor's. I was extremely satisfied with their work and recommend them highly.

We are 3 neighbors that are SO PLEASED with Josh Tackett's tree service that we wanted to praise them through the ComplaintsBoard.com. Between the 3 of us, we had huge trees taken down and over 20 stumps to be ground up. They did such a fabulous job! They dodged our malibu lights and flower beds, used ply wood under their heavy trucks and equipment so as to not leave a track mark on our lawns, and they cleaned up so wonderfully that there is not a twig to be found on any of our lawns. Josh Tackett, the owner, was easy and a delight to work with; his crew worked efficiently and carefully and were all very polite. THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY, and we HIGHLY recommend them!

We recently had Tackett Tree Service remove trees and bushes from our year. They performed very well, completing the job in a timely manner and cleaning up any residual waste. One tree was very close to the house with very limited access but they were to remove it with no problem and no damage to house or lawn. I would recommend this company to anyone.

These guys, a four man crew, were the most conscientious workers we've hired. They did what they said they were going to do, cleaned up after themselves, and made our trees and yard more healthy and beautiful.

I give my highest recommendation to Liberty Tree. We had an Ash tree that was dying, had a half dozen wires going through it and was right next to a fence and garage. They gave us the best quote out of 5 companies and offered amazing service. They came out immediately for a quote and scheduled us for the next week. They showed up on the scheduled day on time and their work was thorough and professional. There was no need to worry about the difficulty of the tree location, they were completely prepared. The owner approached me at the end of the job to make sure I was satisfied with the work and I absolutely was. I would absolutely hire them in the future, if needed.

Tackett cut down and trimmed the shrubs and bushes around our house that we were calling "the jungle". Not only an excellent job on the trim and cut but also on the clean up afterward. The yard around my house looks better than it has in years. No wonder they've been around as long as they have.
