this softwear is critikal to the effishency of our ecommerce bizness. the servis is also very good!

i been using sync with connex for a long time now and i gotta say, they always help me out when i got a problem or question. the team is super quick and i really appreciate that. been a happy customer for years now.

i had a question about my bill and the connex peeps were quick to get back to me. they looked at our usage and recommended a diff plan that saved us some cash. def a good customer service vibe.

I can't get in touch with customer service, they never answer my tickets. And when I try to cancel my subscription on the account page, it just gives me an error. I can't cancel my subscription and there's no one to talk to about it. The service is really bad.

Tech support is awesome! They help us with our workflows and the Connex team is always there for us. *** was amazing - super professional and friendly. They worked closely with me to get everything done. Connex rocks for having such great tech support!

Sync with Connex is pretty pricey and not super easy to figure out. I kinda regret not having the time to test out a few other options like *** or Quickbooks Pro, but I was in a hurry. My advice is to really do your research before you commit to this thing! They don't have a phone or chat support, so you gotta send an email and wait up to a day for a response, which can be a bummer.

The peeps at Sync with Connex are awesome! We had a prob with our web connector not hooking up to our Shopify accounts, but they fixed it up real fast and got us back in biz. All in all, Connex is a top-notch service and I totally suggest them to anyone who wants to get their data into Quickbooks!

I gotta say, Sync with Connex is the real deal! They fixed up my company's problem real quick and they were super profesh about it. I always love working with these guys, they never let me down. They get back to my emails fast and even give me a ring if it's a big deal. And they always know just what to do to fix things up right. Highly recommend!

This company is not good. It's hard to contact them. The phone number doesn't work and there's no customer service on their website. You can't reply to their emails. We were customers for a long time and they were bad. They keep sending us emails and we can't stop it because we can't contact anyone. We can't log in because we're not customers. The customer service is really bad. Don't use them. They caused a lot of problems on our website and there's no help available.

This company has no good customer service. Their business number sends you to their website. Their emails say not to reply. If you get locked out of your account and ask for a reset, you don't get any emails to help. So you can't reset. So you can't ask for help. You can't talk to anyone in the company. But they still take your payments every month. You can't even talk to billing except through the website. Don't use this company!

This company not good! I no like this solution! They make price go up double after 1 year & then again after 2nd year. No good reason for price go up. They no answer phone & stop tech support when big problems happen. They cancel my account without telling me when they can't fix all the problems. They small company with not enough people & take long time to answer. Their systems down for 1 week when they do upgrade & still have problems after 2 weeks. Upgrade no good, only make more problems.

I got Sync with Connex in October . They were good at answering our support problems at first, but I've been trying to get help for the past 2 weeks and haven't heard back from them. I even left a message on their voicemail.

I payed for the fancy support with their digital thingy. Sadly, I can't get any help from anyone even after sending a bunch of emails. They can take our cash, but they can't be bothered to help with their stuff. I want my money back for the last three years since they don't have any support. I'll just go find someone else to help me out.
