Firstly our Company is your regular customer (A0833), we regret to make a to complaint that our company documents has not been collected for two consecutive days i.e on 13/2/2017 (Shipper's Ref. No. 1614719) and 14/2/2017 (Ref. No. 1615300).
Normal pick-up time would be around 4.15 - 4.30p.m, however it was not been collected, our staff had to call your Kota Kinabalu, Branch on 14/2/2017 around 5.00p.m to remind and request for document pick-up since it consist of two days "URGENT" documents compilation and the ABX staff who answered the call assured and confirmed that she will arrange for late pick up at 5.30p.m.
However, nobody turn-ups to collect our document until late. Our staff had tried again to call your branch so many times after the 5.30p.m. but there were no answer. What a disappointing service.
Should we were notified earlier of the failure to pick up than we could have arrange our side to deliver it direct to ABX in K.K.
Fyi, this was not the first or second time ABX's failure to pick our document, but it has happened so many times and every time we asked your KK branch, it seems that nothing really done to improve the service but instead it getting worst.
So, kindly please do something to settle this problem and improve your service to us. We just cant afford to face this situation again and again.
