We purchased the package of 8500 Aed for umrah and few other places. we tried to return the policy after few days. We meet their manager, who belongs from hyderabad. He promised me that he will transfer the package. I was sending them mail continuously. I was in doubtful for their behaviour since beginning. I can provide you all the documents and their contact numbers.

Same here we have purchased A package of 3000 AED but they are untraceable and not lifting calls . I think they are bogus and con agency
