Sur La Table review: Fraudulent!!

While navigating an unnecessarily complex and difficult return process for a defective air fryer, we were given the runaround, lied to, and blown off by literally every support rep and manager we could reach (a herculean task on its own). "Emails are down" and "we don't do outgoing calls", but assuring us we'd be contacted though they could not answer how. When challenged to speak with their supervisors, rep Courtney told us there was no one above her, an obvious lie. Sur La Table sells the products, but then claims they can't help and products are owned by some other company, Synergy. DO NOT BUY OR USE, they will not take responsibility for their bunk products and will steal your money. This company should be shut down and prosecuted for fraud.
