I explained that the outer package had no signs of toner leakage, but she still refused to cover my dry cleaning bill. Instead, she only offered to issue a refund for the cartridges once they were received back. I was also left to find a box large enough to ship the two cartridge boxes back to them.

I was extremely disappointed with their customer service and the way they handled the situation. It's clear that they don't care about their customers and are not willing to take responsibility for their defective products.
