I use them am dissatisfied. They billed me $291 dir three years , they did not reduce my debit to the IRS, instead they reduced my payment by $360 per month for one year and $260 per month for the following year by not reducing the amount I'm liable for the full amount to the IRS. so they defer $7440 which I have to pay to the IRS and charged me more than $9000 for the privilege of doing so. I'm not satisfied.

I offer my sincere appreciation to the entire staff for the services provided to and for me. A special thank you to Leslie for the professionalism, caring and concern shown to me. I was overwhelmed with my tax situation and no idea as to how I would be able to satisfy the debt. Thanks to all who made it possible to resolve my debt and concerns. I have been given the freedom from being beholding to the IRS. Again, thanks to all who played a role in resolving mt tax issues.

Alissa has been an amazing representative, she has been totally assistive and proactive about what needed to be provided as for as documents etc. related to our financial assessment and tax preparations etc. She has been thoroughly transparent and has kept me up to date on all the issues that have come up since working with us this past year and a half or so! My name is *** I had a big problem with the RIS I contacted so many companies Ozzy wants to suck you out of five 600 bucks you never hear back from them till I contacted this company and I contacted them particularly Sam and within weeks everything was done my debts went from $20,000-$600 amazing service you could talk to a human being anytime they jump on the ball right away and he gets result if you have a tax problem please do not contact anybody to you talk to this company is the best in the USA

Superior customer service by Michelle N. and Sam is what made the difference between America's Choice and all of the other tax services I consulted. Additionally, their program was better than the competition for my situation. Michelle and Sam patiently answered all of my questions (and there were a lot) to make sure I was totally comfortably with the program they recommended. At the end of the conversation, it was a no-brainer to accept their resolution. Many thanks to Michelle and Sam! Highly recommend!

I have hired this company to handle my tax relief with the IRS. As of today i cannot find or receive information from America choice tax relief. i would like to know how much the company working with IRS has lowered my tax responsibility. No one there can give me a straight answer. This has been going on for about three/ four years. They sent me a e-mail giving me a phone # to call to find out how much money i had left to pay them. Which I have not called because i want to know how much did the company get removed from what I owe IRS. I think that we have been taken to the cleaners. *** & *** sue *** Waiting for your call. V/R

This business did not do anything close to what they promised. They proclaimed they would help downsize the amount of money owed and all they did was allow the IRS to add more fees to the money owed. I had a set amount of money being paid each month, which if they had not intervened I would have my tax bill almost paid off. They got my monthly bill reduced significate. I did not ask for this to be done. They said they could get the total amount due reduced. That is all I asked for and have been paying for. I am paying a monthly bill to them for absolutely nothing. I believe this company to be a major scam. I am trying to get out of the contract with them. I have not asked for any money to be returned (even though I believe they should reimburse me).. I just want out of this contract and strongly suggest nobody else go with them.

The company is America's Choice Tax Relief. The person to speak with is Niel R. If you have to leave a message, he will return your call. From day 1, Niel was so serious about helping me with my taxes and gave me a peace that I felt only comes from god. The results were unbelievable. Niel was very professional and understandable and there is a peace about N he has such knowledge of taxes and a desire to help. My tears soon turned to a smile because the confidence that I felt was remarkable. A very honest man who will tell you the truth and nothing is sugar-coated. No matter how complicated, Niel is knowledgeable and can answer your questions. Don't hesitate to allow Niel R to take care of your tax problem, and if so, you will be truly thankful that this burden is gone forever. Niel is an amazing tax professional, the absolute best.

We have not received a solution to our tax issue as promised by the company. We were promised a resolution, such as an Offer & Compromise with the IRS. We have been dealing with this company since October . The only thing they have assisted us with is a payment arrangement with the IRS. In addition, we are now in debt to United Consumer Financial for the amount of $3500 + interest, the company partnered with America Choice Tax that finances its cost. We rarely receive any communication from the company unless we reach out to them (hound) for a status update (which requires multiple calls, messages, or requests for a refund). When they do finally return our calls, we are always told the same thing. "They're working on our case". "Someone will be back in touch by the end of the week" "We need to complete the Client Tax Organizer". We have completed their form each year (2019 & 2020)! After two years of empty promises and no tax resolution, we are convinced that America Choice Tax Relief is a SCAM. We rated a one star because we were initially placed on a payment plan and we believed they were legitimate and could help us but, since dealing with them for the past two years, and no resolve, we reached out to the IRS directly and to our surprise, was able to get a better payment agreement. Can you believe that?! We are frustrated and there needs to be some accountability from this company.

I have sent them the information that they required twice each time I have to make contact with them to find out the status on my case to be told they either lost my information or it is out dated. I have been assigned two different employees to find out both have since left the company. In addition, I am in debt to United Consumer Financial for the amount of $3500 + interest, the company partnered with America Choice Tax that finances its cost. I have been paying $148.00 a month which is suppose to be a money back guarantee with no resolution. I am working with my Attorney and Bank to stop their Automatic withdrawal from my account monthly. I rarely receive "any" communication from the company unless I reach out to them for a status update (which requires emails and calls to them for a status on my case which they should be reaching out to me. When I finally get in touch, I am always told the same thing by Michele N an employee who talked me into signing up for this program "They're working on my case". "Someone will be back in touch by the end of the week" "I need to complete the Client Tax Organizer", I have sent the all the information that America Tax Choice asked me to sent "TWICE" as stated above. After one year of empty promises and no tax resolution, I am convinced that America Choice Tax Relief is a SCAM. just like another one of their customers stated in a complaint to you. I had to hired a Attorney with an added expense because of no resolution. I am frustrated and there needs to be some kind of accountability from this company.

This company took money and did not deliver the services listed in the contract, in fact they lied about what they have done. They were supposed to help with my tax debt. Its been six months and they have done nothing. They lied and said they filled my tax returns. The IRS has no records of my filled returns. Then they refused to give me a refund.

claimed that they would provide IRS debt relief services through consolidation. the company charged for these services without any follow-through with the IRS. When i tried to cancel their services, they sent me a bill for services that were not rendered. Eventually, my bill was sent to collections. they have never provided me with the services that were agreed upon.

In August, I sought assistance from America's Choice Tax Relief to assist me with an IRS tax issue. The company was to have fielded an Offer to Compromise with the IRS which they had not done by August . For approximately 12 months I had attempted to contact someone at the agency but received no responses. In July, I spoke with M *** who informed me that due to Covid-19 the company was unable to provide the requested service. At that point, I submitted an Offer to Compromise myself in August to the IRS which was granted within 60 days. In essence, I was able to accomplish in 60 days what America's Choice Tax Relief had failed to do in 12 months. I immediately contacted the company requesting to discontinue services. They informed me that I had to pay the $5,000. I am in the process of suing the company and wanted to bring this matter to the attention of the ComplaintsBoard.com.

I entered a service agreement on January 14 and America's Choice Tax Relief was suppose to negotiate my federal tax debt with the IRS. They have not provided anything to me except a $7500.00 finance debt to United Consumer Financial Services. I attempted to cancel the agreement early on and the representative refused to cancel and provide a refund to the loan agency. He said they had already provided the services which was untrue. I was verbally told several things that are founded to be untrue. I have not heard anything else from America's Choice nor has there been any further action taken with the IRS except for one deferred payment with the IRS (they initiated the day I attempted to cancel) on the payment plan that I had already had set up before my agreement with America's Choice. I want America's Choice to reimburse me and the Finance company and cancel the agreement. They have not fulfilled one portion of their responsibility.

I wrote a review with ComplaintsBoard.com about my experience with this company. It involved how Americas choice tax was not helpful at all, they just would not file my taxes, I ended up having a mental breakdown because of it. i took a medical leave at work back in nov. Im trying to get this company to file my taxes. After i put my statement up , they contacted me immediately and told me that if I took the statement down they would refund my money (370$) and they would file my taxes and put me in non collections! this was weeks ago . They kept telling me the money would show up , it never did . I was counting on that money to pay my rent! I called *** and now he says my taxes have been filed and im in non collections, and hes trying to lower my payments instead of giving me the money they promised me! not only that i called Kansas State tax .Im trying to file a hardship with them , but i can not because they are saying my taxes are not filed . Ive never been hurt more by a company . im gonna loose everything because these guys are lying to me . I believe this company is a scam !
