Rep was very rude used words like running out of patience with me after i informed him i was new and was only getting information i was asked for i asked to speak with someone else and was told no and when i was saying i can change prices to match you guys prices he used words like you gonna have to which in my person opinion is horrible customer service but what do i know i am new to this position but being doing customer service for 15 yrs and that's not how i should have been treated especially if i am telling you i am new he told me he would not hold longer then 2 min when yesterday i held for 40 mins and still was polite and cooperative with rep
