As per my contract Superior Pools were to relocate 2 trees and replant the trees in conjunction with building the pool

As per my contract Superior Pools were to relocate 2 trees and replant the trees in conjunction with building the pool. The pool was completed on May 14, to date the trees have not been replanted. Numerous attempts to arrange for the replanting have been ignored. My husband called everyday for 3 weeks only to be told over and over that Peter will return his call. That never happened, still waiting on a return call.
