Sun Valley Saunas - We got the sauna in Feb this year
We got the sauna in Feb this year. When it came, we put it together in about a week. We saw that the roof was a little bent, but it wasn't too bad. We put the cover on it, which we never took off. Not long after, I went to use the sauna and saw that none of the heaters were working and the roof was really bent now. So, we contacted them about our problems. We took pictures of the roof, and they said we left it in the rain, which never happened. They offered us a little refund, which was a joke, $100. We got a new roof, but we're not putting it on because we still don't have any heaters. We've left messages and responses. Now we just want them to pick it up and give us a full refund. We hope you can help us work this out somehow. We don't know what to do now.

D. Dach - I can't find an order under that name, but I would like to make sure your problems have been properly addressed and that you're made whole in one way or another.
