Sundeen Furniture 2 weeks old squeaky recliners

I called to complain about 1 of the 2 recliners I bought at Sundeen Furniture but, they said it's new and shouldn't squeak. But, they didn't do anything except say "we'll look into it": that was over 6 months ago and am still waiting for repairs or replacement.
