We moved house from South Africa to USA last November and some poorly packed pictures were damaged. We made a claim and agreed on a settlement. They never sent payment and we have asked many, many times. They also tried to extort extra payment for delivery but we resisted. DO NOT USE THEM.

Recommendation: Awful. Find someone else.
