StocksToTrade review: This is something I wanted but my bank rejected due to fraud
Six Hours of Frustration, No Access, and a Missed Morning of Trading
I genuinely wanted to purchase StocksToTrade after watching one of their live sessions. When I first attempted to pay, my bank declined the transaction because it suspected fraud. I contacted the bank, confirmed that the purchase was legitimate, and authorized the payment.
StocksToTrade then sent me an invoice for $1,995. I paid it, and my bank confirmed that the transaction went through. I also called StocksToTrade and was told by a representative that the payment had been received.
I spent three hours that evening trying to complete the process. The following morning, I still could not log in or access the service I had paid for. I then spent another three hours trying to get help. Because of this ordeal, I completely missed my entire morning of trading.
When I finally reached a customer-service representative, she claimed that StocksToTrade had not received my $1,995—even though my bank had confirmed the payment and their own representative had previously told me it was received.
I contacted the company again, explained the entire situation, and requested help. No one returned my call.
This was not caused by anything I did wrong. I followed every instruction, paid the full amount, and repeatedly attempted to resolve the problem. Instead of receiving the service I purchased, I lost six hours of my time, missed my morning of trading, and was left without access or meaningful assistance.
This treatment is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that prospective customers think very carefully before giving this company their money.
