Unprofessional. Dealing fast designs to make a buck. Rejects good designs for no reason. Once they ok the first few designs. Then they start playing make believe management over design work. Anything they can come up with the will reject designs. Another company that has no method to their means. Designers are one and a million. They don't have any respect for talent. Don't waste time on this company. They have a few people who outlast their rejections. But, most accounts only have about 6 - 10 designs in them, before people decided the headache and the amount of logos sold isn't worth it. They make $ [protected] per week off of random designs people have been uploading and just leave there. The designer themselves, they careless about. As long as you contribute to their stock. They don't respond to the live chat. They don't respond to emails. I would be seriously hesitant to even purchase as a customer, considering this.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
The same thing happened to me this week. I submitted my first design in which my dad and I thought looked great. But, the people at Stock Logos said that my logo somehow violated several of their guidelines. I had no idea there were over 67, 000 complaints against this company on this website! Now, I wished I would've done my research before signing up. I'm also waiting to hear back from them in regards to deleting my account. If they rejected my first logo, what makes me think they won't do the same to the next one? I also have an updated version of this symbol that I copied to a USB drive from my desktop.
I agree. Extremely rude staff and ridiculously tight, petty guidelines. F'ing waste of time.
Very poor experience overall. I had logos on the website for months, and then all of a sudden my account was deleted for "multiple violations". I had to email to receive the money I was owed for sold artwork, which I am yet to receive. Disgrace. They waste too much of your time with make believe infractions that have no basis.
StockLogos used to be one of the best pages to buy an unique logo for an affordable price. Their designers were kind and professional, and some of them would also design some stationery material for free but since their admins started with a new campaign where they started to torture their designers with some new rules, they lost all the good designers. Now it's hard to find some good designers who can do all the necessary logo customization after buying the logo which makes the page and the service useless. The admins also started to be rude to the customers. I bought there many logos in the last two years and I can't describe how much they changed their attitude in the last two years - now it's impossible to make a deal with them and the customer service is worse than HTC's (I think I'm sending e-mail to a robot, not to a human). Not recommending!
the article is true, I left stocklogos because of their behavior, rejecting logos with some reasons like "I don't think the logo will be seen ok on a business card", or they will not tell you why they rejected the logo just saying ", fix the problem", after waiting for them for days to aprove your logo you will wake up with your logo rejected. I have seen that they like to aprove clip arts and logos made very bad, like they are made in paint.
It is so disappointing when admin come in a middle of the contest and rejects your logo. fcuk you admin! we work on multiple websites to earn a buck. you fcukers reject logos just for a very very small things. i have never seen a unprofessional fcking company as stocklogos. you and your fcking rules! ok if there is any mistake let use know by a fcking email we will correct it. but why the fck you have to reject it when there is a minor issue. mistakes happens you dumb fcks! we are human! not fcking vending machine! ashles!
end of the day what matters is sell a quality clipart free logo! yes we fcking do that! fck you stocklogos!
Untrustworthy company. Ivan goes back on agreements and frequently wastes a lot of the designers' time without reason. The communication with the stocklogo staff is close to the worst I've ever dealt with on any level.
I strongly advise against using stocklogos.com as a designer or a buyer.
