Under Policy no.-2262111709063015 claim for Rs. 85813/- for reimbursement was filed which rejected by the Star Health on ground that whole sum insured, bonus and recharge benefit has been utilized, My sum insured is Rs.-4 Lac, Bonus Rs. 2.55 Lac and Recharge benefit Rs. 1 Lac, Total Rs. 7.55 Lac out which paid only Rs. 3 Lac as cashless, Rs. 4.55 Lac still available for payment under policy. Please do the needful.
