STACEES review: Will not refund a dress that arrived too late and does not fit

Dress arrived late on a Sunday, it wasn't here by Saturday so I went out to purchase something else so I had time for alterations if needed. I immediately initiated a return within hours of receiving it and they now tell me they can't take it back. They want me to take a $35 refund and sell the dress to get my money back. This is not a business anyone should take a chance on. The dress also did not fit, I tried it on after they suggested that I just keep it and get $35 back for my trouble. The size chart indicated this size would fit, and I even sized up one for comfort.
