STACEES review: Returning a wedding dress

I ordered a dress from Stacees which i was very apprehensive about doing - I did research, checked their return policy and spoke to someone and their chat and was reassured that I can return if if it not suitable for a FULL refund. Unfortunately the dress didnt fit property, the material very scratchy. They are refusing to give me returns address and offering insulting amount - £15 when it was £157, then now say they will give me 70%! I am so stressed and disgusted with this service. I would also tell people to avoid at all costs ordering on the internet - I will never make this mistake again
