I paid Square Circle Kitchen and Bath to install drain tiles in my basement, but unfortunately, the basement is still experiencing water issues. In an attempt to resolve the problem, I reached out to the owner, who promptly came to inspect the situation. She proceeded to cut the drywall and seal a certain area. However, I am disappointed to say that she has refused to return and repair the cut drywall, citing an alleged outstanding payment from my end. I have provided all the necessary receipts to demonstrate that I have indeed paid her in full. It has been three weeks since she mentioned reviewing her records and promised to get back to me, but I have yet to receive any communication from her.

This company does a great job! They did an excellent job remodeling my basement. I have referred them to several of my clients who are also pleased with their work.
