Sales rep was very knowledgeable, courteous and creative in planning for our needs and wants. Head office Kept us updated on schedule for the work. The work was accomplished in two days as planned. *** and his partner were very good, accomplishing every bit of what we had hoped for and planned for, which involved more than the standard job. They were friendly and collaborative, worked hard, attended to every detail and made sure every detail was perfect and that we were satisfied/happy with the transformation.

We are very happy with our beautiful new shower. Our installation was a bit tricky because we needed a custom size shower pan. Beth at the office and John K. the installer worked hard to find us the materials we needed. The installers/carpenters, John K. and Matt, did a truly excellent job, including correcting our bad plumbing. Our prior shower had miss-routed plumbing, a leak we were not aware of, and water leaked out our old glass door. We are thankful to have a lovely shower where all the components work together.

We had a bath to shower conversion done with Kohler products.The time frame was two days from demolition to completion and that was met. The contractor team were fantastic. Arrived on time. Covered all the surfaces leading from the outside door to the bathroom. Explained in great detail what they were going to do and always asked us questions if they needed our input. They were extremely neat and clean including leaving the adjacent bedroom spotless after the first days work and when the job was finished. Would recommend very highly.

The installers did a great job and cleaned up very well. They had to remove door and frame and I was concerned, since the condo was built in 1985, that the wood would crack, but other than paint touch-ups, there was no damage. My one complaint was the changing of the install day and on the day it was installed, found out that the color was not correct. I excepted the tub because I didn't want to wait any longer, but asked for an additional discount, which they gave me. I am enjoying my tub and feel safe,which I hadn't for awhile with my other tub.

We love our walk in tub and it's everything that we hoped for! The installers showed up on the date agreed upon when we signed the contract. We received several calls from them letting us know what stage they were at with the tub. We loved our installer, and we were thrilled with the way he put down heavy cardboard to protect our hardwood floors from the door to the bathroom. He was friendly and very professional. After the install, we received a call from the company wanting to be sure everything went smoothly from start to finish and to remind us that we have a lifetime warrantee. I would recommend this company to everyone! They are the best!

The crew was on time and started work immediately. The demo was more than we had expected but was appreciated because of some floor damage from the old shower having leaked. All phases of the install, to include new subfloor, wall studs and plumbing were done in a professional manner. The crew leader was dedicated to doing what was right to make the finished product look as advertised. *** was almost more than expected. We have used the shower numerous times now and are extremely satisfied with our decision to purchase this shower. I give the whole experience an A+. We would recommend this to anyone who is looking to upgrade their bathroom.

and *** were very pleasant and all decorating and personal items were returned to their places. We love our new shower which replaced our bathtub. The salesperson, ***, did leave a piece of corner material accidentally and it was explained by the installers that that material was no longer being used. Also the salesman explained that the full length shower bar would be installed where I wanted it but as I am a very petite person, the installers did not ask where to install the bar after all. I wish the bar was lower, however, at this time it is not. The company did call to check on our experience with them afterwards. Much appreciated.

Professional, ***, *** was Priority, *** have a low maintenance walk in shower instead of my old 50/60s tile, grout and tub! *** white panels, shiny brushed nickel fixtures, and teak bench... all done in 2 days! The whole process was organized from selections to contract to install. It did take about a month from contract to installation... but they told me that up front. My expectations were met and my install crew (*** H and ***) were fabulous!... pride of workmanship, experienced, kept work area clean and hard working. PS: if choosing shelves, accessories, etc make sure to get them installed in areas of the shower walls that will be useful but not hinder bathing/showering.

After visiting the *** Home Show in early 2020, we decided to purchase a new shower surround from New Bath *** in ***. The nearly $15,000 installation came off without any problems and on time. It was shortly thereafter that we experienced problems with the shower head. We have had four call backs in just over a year, including a shower head replacement in July and another just yesterday. This morning I received a call from New Bath Today saying that from now on return calls on the shower head will be charged at $79 service call and $79 per hour time. In other words, they are no longer going to stand behind their product and service. One would think that after spending the amount of money we have we would be treated more fairly. My next call will be to the ***.

On 8/27 the Salesman told us we had to make a decision quickly in order to get the model that was in the warehouse because couldn't have shows due to Covid-19. Later we realized we were duped. The installation was done professionally. BUT the worst part is even though we were told the 50 gal electric hot water heater was sufficient, IT IS NOT. We weren't told it takes 53 gal of water to fill the tub so you can use the jets. So after about 35 or 40 gallons the hot water is cold and by the time get the tub filled up the water is lukewarm. SO the tub is NOT useable. I've talked with a New Bath Today person and he said he's had 5 or 6 others say the same thing and he's only been there 5 months. I've talked with a plumber and will have to install a larger hot water tank at a considerable cost JUST TO BE ABLE TO USE THE WALK-IN-TUB.

Awesome experience, our salesperson *** came to the house and after *** (capitalized because this is now a rare trait) to our needs explained point by point where his company could help and also what options were quicker to access due to the pandemic and the timeframe for other options.Quite honestly we were in a bind because I was cleaning my wife with cleaning cloths since it was hazardous to get her in and out of the shower so we were disheartened to hear that initially it would be at least 90 days before the shower could be installed.However, *** was on the phone right away and after a few days was able to get most of the materials pulled here and actually got the one part from a competitor to finish the order.Long story shorter, the installers were here in a few weeks and installed the shower.The guys were great,professional,laid down tarps to protect my floors where they walked and really knocked it out of the *** also wanted to mention that the person that coordinated everything from *** kept up constant communication on the progress of the entire progress.We thank all of you for the huge part yiu played in making life safer and easier for us.

There was quite a long delay from date ordered to date installed. I attribute that to COVID-19 and was not an issue for us. When the actual installation date arrived we couldn't have been more thrilled with the quality of work done by the contractor team (*** and ***). They were very personable, courteous and professional and worked very long hours so as not to inconvenience us for longer than was necessary. The contractor did his best to keep the environment as dust free as possible, which is saying a lot given the nature of the demolition and construction phases. They even put a tarp down on our driveway to keep any debris from their work area getting on our newly sealed asphalt driveway. *** and *** went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the finished product. They freely gave us advice about the shower and bathroom space when we asked for it. *** in particular seemed very knowledgeable about the Kohler products and the installation process including plumbing, carpentry, drywalling, etc. The contractor cleaned up after the installation was complete, so much so that you'd never know they were there (except that we had a new shower). The Kohler products and installation seemed pricey but the quality is great. We are quite happy with the whole process.
