My girlfrend got me a pocketnife from Spyderco
My girlfrend got me a pocketnife from Spyderco. It has a lifetime warrnty and a 1 year manufacturer warrnty. The screws fell out of the clip, all three of them. I asked for replacment screws and told them I would pay or take them under warranty. They promised to email them to me, but it's been 6 months and we haven't received anything. They ignore all our emails and won't respond after the initial promise.

I bought Spyderco Subway Bowie Black Blade. When I opened the box, no sheath, chain, or rope. Don't know if I got the display, but I tried to replace it from the place of purchase. They said they can ship these parts and it's a "WARRANTY ISSUE." I called on August 25, 2022, at 3:40 Pm Eastern Time (Spyderco warranty). The rep wasn't helpful. I got the runaround and basically told me they don't have replacement parts. So, I'm stuck with a knife I can't use for the intended purpose (wear around my neck as backup protection). In my opinion, this is poor customer service. Why can't the company open one of their stock and send the parts? I'm requesting that missing parts be mailed to me.
Got a spyderco knife as a gift
Got a spyderco knife as a gift. Blade broke while opening a box - cut tape. Expensive knife so I checked warranty. Emailed spyderco with pic, they said contact warranty and repair. Warranty and repair said send knife back at my cost and $5 to return if needed. Thought about it, don't think returning defective product should cost more, but sent it back since it's valuable. Took a month, got USPS notification they'd honor warranty, but knife discontinued, pick replacement up to certain value. Tried to call for opinion, left message - no response. Went on website, chose closest thing available. Tried to call again, no answer. Faxed it in as requested. Waited, impossible to contact via phone. Finally got email saying package on way. Thought it was replacement, opened it, broken knife with note saying sorry, tried to contact, here's your knife back. Seriously? Had address, email, didn't answer phone. Have fax confirmation - twice. Long story short - want me to pay to send back again and start over. Seriously?
