I ordered before seeing these reviews. I ordered stonecrop towards the end of season. I kept checking to see if my order was processed and after a week of no movement, I called to cancel because it wasn't going to arrive in time to be planted before the ground froze. I tried calling all of their PHONE NUMBERS and NONE OF THEM WORK. I sent an email to cancel, and they responded that they could not cancel my order because their system was being updated. They advised me my order could take up to almost a month to be sent out, and if it had not been sent by November 21st I could cancel at that time. I plan to file with the Better Business Bureau. It appears they are owned by another conglomerate called Gardens Alive. The phone numbers for Gardens alive are also non-operable. I think I may have been scammed.
Recommendation: dont do it
