Spring Hill Nursery review: Be alert!

I ordered a plant from this company - Viburnum dentatum "Autumn Jazz". I only received one email from them about the payment. I haven't been able to find out anything about the status of my order for several days now. The website is not working at the hottest time - November, supposedly they are undergoing renovation work. There are no responses to the requests, of which I have already sent several. They don't answer the phone either - there are no employees on site. Finally, I managed to get through to one of the numbers where I can make an order, and that's all. I tried to check the status of my existing order. A man with a strong accent, which is very difficult to understand judging by the noise on the line from somewhere far away, replied to me that he had no information about existing orders, that I could only make a new order (!). In a week the ground would freeze and it would be too late to plant plants. Nevertheless, having appropriated my money, the nursery is in no hurry to fulfill the order. In fact, it only works to receive money from new customers. It does not perform all other functions. I will contact the bank and stop the payment.
