Despite this minor setback, I must commend SposaDress for their speedy delivery. I truly appreciated how quickly I received the dresses. Jane, the representative I communicated with, was incredibly attentive and professional. The level of communication was outstanding. Great job, Sposa!

I ordered a dress from SposaDress in a size 14, even though I typically wear a size 12. My plan was to have it tailored down to fit me perfectly. However, when the dress arrived, it was shockingly small. It seemed more like a size 6, as it was over a foot away from being able to zip up. The stitching on the dress was also quite visible, and it looked like it was falling apart.

To make matters worse, I had ordered the dress in a tan color, but what I received was a bright yellow dress. When I reached out to the company to express my disappointment, the woman I spoke to claimed that I was the first person to complain about this issue. However, after reading through other reviews, it became clear that many others had experienced the same problem.

Even when I hung the dress from a 7-foot doorframe, it still draped all the way down to the floor, making it approximately 8 feet long. This was far from the length I had expected. In the attached pictures, you can see the stark contrast between what I had ordered and what I actually received. The first picture shows the dress I had chosen, while the second picture shows my boyfriend holding up the ill-fitting dress. The third picture, although not of my dress, displays what it should have looked like. Lastly, the fourth picture showcases the various color options available.

In conclusion, I must say that my experience with SposaDress has been nothing short of a scam. They clearly have no business making dresses if they cannot deliver on their promises. I would strongly advise against purchasing from them, as you are likely to encounter similar issues.

Let me tell you, this company is absolute garbage. Me and my fellow bridesmaids all chose a dress style (Style A) from their collection, following my good friend's chosen wedding colors. We submitted our measurements well in advance, giving them plenty of time for alterations, just in case. But what they sent us was a complete disaster, I couldn't even believe it. My measurements fell within the Large size range, but what I received was this distorted, misshapen dress that looked nothing like the design I had chosen. The colors were all different from each other, and the supposed pleats were poorly and loosely sewn onto the front of the dress, it looked like they just slapped on some wrinkled fabric. Take a look at the pictures, it's unbelievable that they thought this matched. If they couldn't make the dress properly, they shouldn't have advertised the style. Luckily, we ended up ordering from fashionnova instead, and they always got our orders right, even with the same measurements.
