SportScene.co.za – threats from workers at the store

I kindley made a layby on the 11th of November 2019
A month passed and I decided to cancel the layby for some reasons.On the 15 the store was closed for some unforeseen circumstances I suppose, the whole day there were no services .On the 16th they opened late around 10am . I was there, when i got in and requested to cancel, they said i should wait, for some unknown reasons.I did that while other costomers were assisted. They made me wait for 2hours without any help. When i started to complain they said am making a spectacle out of my self and i decided to record a video that is when they offered to assist me. Which didn't work, Again i was told to come the next day. On my way out
Two of the workers confronted me and made threats to me.
