I bought some stuff from Sparrow Quilt Co. when they were having a big sale on 10/25. Got a Patchwork Christmas Quilt Pattern for 12.99, a bunch of Black, White & Red Fat Quarter Bundle for 125 bucks, a 12"Clearview triangle ruler for 49.99, and a 20 Spool Thread Storage box for 30 bucks. On 12/01, I called them up to see what was up with my stuff and they sent me out the pattern and thread box that same day. But they gave me my money back for the ruler. Still haven't gotten the Fat Quarter Bundle though. I've tried calling and emailing them a bunch of times but no one ever gets back to me. I just want what I ordered or my money back, you know?

Got notified about the backorder of thread, but they still charged my ***. I received the Seam Kit, but I never got my Thread collection. I followed up several times via email and phone, but they only said that the order has been placed, and they were waiting for delivery. I tried contacting them via email and phone in Feb and March, asking for a refund, but they never got back to me. I just checked online, and saw that they've closed the store permanently. How can I get my money back ($237.30)?
