I ordered 3 masks for $49 They arrived when I opened a seperate sealed package Of a mask bugs flew out I have never seen this type of bug before then found one sewn into the layers of mask I was kind and wrote company with my concerns and not wanting to wear them at first they said so sorry will replace right away I asked to please refund my money as Im not comfortable with the masks and it a lot of money for me They responded stating that they would not refund or replace due to the special color of mask and said this has never happened tried to blame it on shipping I said the bugs were sewn into their mask and In package I asked to again please honor my request or let me speak with someone else I said I would write to ComplaintsBoard.com if necessary but would rather not as I know we are all struggling They never contacted me back Im out of $49 which is a lot for me right now

We did reply to the customer. Per our return policy as shown above, limited edition colors are final sales. They can not be returned or cancelled. This was an isolated incident as we have never received such a complaint as this and we have replaced the full order! Our manufacturer determined that this must have happened during shipping. Even in the photo there appears to be something in the mask, if it is a bug, it is quite possible that it got into the mask during shipping along the way.
The customer was advised this information and was understanding and accepted the replacement as shown in the above screenshots. The customer replied back the day after the replacement order was processed and en route to the shipping carrier that she changed her mind.
Either way, with this being the only complaint we have received after shipping millions of products, we will replace the order. But per our return/refund policy we will not refund.
