Santander Consumer USA – Never received title ( 1 comment)

I implore anyone that is trying to finance anything to not finance with this company. My car has been paid off since November 2024, the title has been available since January 2025, but I have yet to receive it. After countless calls, after countless hours of waiting on hold, and even getting hung up on now when I call, I've gotten nothing but lies from these people. I've been told that my title has been mailed at least 10 times now since March 2025. I've even made it as far as escalating the call to the Executive branch where Lakeisha straight hung up on me. They got their money.. you get nothing. I wouldn't finance a toaster through this company. After this, I've looked at their BBB report and they've received 2,300 complaints within the last 3 years. This company is a scam. They take your money and screw you over.
