Southmoor Wine and Spirits review: 24-hour monitoring; billing on account that has been closed since july 7, 2022

At the time Southmoor Wine and Spirits closed on July 7,2022 and reported to BrinkHome, the account was paid up to July 11,2022 per invoice #[protected]. On invoice Dated August 29,2022 the past due amount were reversed for $124.99, but started over again on invoice #[protected] for $60.00 and is still continuing to be billed. Over a dozen calls have been made to take care of this issue. Most of the time after the recorded message and being transferred to an assistant the call is dropped. If lucky and get someone they can't help.

Side note: The invoices are being mailed to Edward Hamm and listed as the customer. I'm the Bookkeeper that was hired to take care of the account, just as BrinkHome was hired to take care of security.

Desired outcome: Desired out is for BrinkHome to zero out all past due amounts and close the account that was ask for back on July 7, 2022.AND remove my name from your records (Edward Hamm)
