My service man Ray is the best service member at Lifetime Solutions. He is always on time and has a great attitude when he shows up.

Ray, did a great job. He explained everything he did. Tested my water so I could see if there were any issues. Hope I get Ray next time I need a service.

I never contacted Lifetime Solutions. Their technician pulled into my driveway but really had two wheels on my lawn. They knocked on my door making my dog go crazy barking. I told him through the window that he had the wrong house and had to leave. Ultimately, he began yelling at me (with profanity) because he was lost and at the wrong house.

They did maintenance on my Rainsoft equipment for years then they came back 3 times to fix something that was not working and because I have a salt system, the water kept running out and killed several of my plants. On top of that most every time, I set up an appointment they call and say that they can't make it. Sometimes 2 and 3 times. They are the worst. A very shady company.

I sold my house in 2019 and informed Lifetime Solutions that I am no longer the owner, requesting them to cancel my account. Unfortunately, it seems that they did not remove my account information, including my bank details. To my surprise, I discovered a charge of $43.00 on August 7th in my bank statement. I made several attempts to contact them over the course of two days, enduring wait times of over 30 minutes on each call. Fortunately, I eventually managed to speak with someone from the billing department and explained the situation regarding the charges, emphasizing that I have not been the owner of the house for over two years. The representative assured me that the issue would be resolved and the charges would be credited back to my account. However, despite this promise, the refund never materialized.

Paid for lifetime supply of Netflix and they are trying to charge me again.

I had this system installed in 2018. When they came to put the system in they broke a few items. I contacted them and they took their time to come out, so I started a chargeback on my credit card. When they finally came out, they fixed 2 of the 3 problems that I had seen. I've been in contact with them for 2 years trying to get the other problem fixed. They sent one person out, and he reported back that the problem was not caused by their system. When I finally had time to check it out, I was able to see that it was their problem. Since the issue was causing my water bill to keep going up, I fixed it myself. After which, I tried to do another chargeback which I'm still currently doing. Today, I noticed that they had also cut holes in my air conditioner box and didn't seal it correctly, so it's been wide open for over a year, eating my air and raising my bill. All customers beware of this company, they do shoddy work and they won't fix any of their mistakes.
