This place is so unprofessional, it's ridiculous. I've noticed that a lot of people have the same problem - they never return phone calls and they're just plain rude. I don't understand how they can get away with it. I even tried looking for a corporate number, but no luck. Who do I contact to hold them accountable for their mistakes? They took my money, so they should be responsible for it.

They took $950.00 from my mom for cataract surgery that never happened. She's been unwell, so the surgery didn't take place, meaning no services were given. They said they would refund the money to her card, but when I gave them the card number, they said it was wrong. I sent them a receipt with the correct card number, but they haven't said a word in a whole month. Looks like I'll have to take them to court. Avoid this company at all costs.

I had an eye exam at the Boynton Beach office in early Feb 2021. It took about 4 weeks for my trial pair of contacts to arrive, and now it's the end of March and the office ain't answering the phones or returning messages. I stopped by on my way home from work yesterday, 3/30, and the young woman wasn't helpful or friendly. She said the doctor ain't approved my contact prescription yet and didn't offer any solutions. I told her I've been trying to reach them since last week and left messages. She said there are over 200 voicemails, like that's a good enough reason for a business not to answer phones or return calls. Really bad handling.

This morning, after trying to reach them for 30 minutes, I finally spoke with someone, ***, who said last week the phones were down and this week they're ringing off the hook. *** was helpful, nice, and offered to email me the prescription. I ain't gonna buy glasses or contacts from South FL Vision and I'll never recommend them. I get that things happen that we can't control, but there's no excuse for this level of unprofessionalism. I'm extremely disappointed.

Re: FEE Slip #*** 2/6/22 I been a customer at the *** Center at *** for six years now. They do my eye exams and give me glasses. They called me recently for my yearly exam. The invoice says my last service was on 2/15, so it's been less than a year. I thought they give a one-year warranty on glasses here. When I got my new glasses, I asked for bifocals. The line for the left lens was at 12mm and the line for the right lens was at 18mm. They were so uneven that I couldn't use them. I asked them to fix it. They said they would send them back to be adjusted. They called me two weeks later to pick them up. But when I got there, nothing had changed. They were still the same. They didn't fix anything. I wasted my time going there and coming back for nothing. It's like they don't care about my time. They said they would fix them again. When I finally got them back, both lenses had the line at 12mm. But they were still not good because the line was too low. My eyes couldn't find the lower lenses. It seems like the optician doesn't know how to fit bifocals. I don't have a lot of money, so I use some from *** to help pay for this. But I also had to use $160 of my own money to pay for glasses that are useless. Please give me back the $160 so I can get them fixed somewhere else. CC:
