Fast quick and easy. HOWEVER, my husband who is a repeat customer of ALOT longer then myself was going to order these for me and his charge was $70.00. Before he can order, off to my computer screen, I see an advertisement while he is still in the screen for these same contacts $20.00 less AND with shipping... We found that very odd as I am a repeat customer but only of 1 time. So I guess the longer you stay the more you pay?

Easy, fast & cheaper than competitors! Online ordering is simple, uploading my prescription is simple & getting my order early &/or on time is even better!

Had an issue with pricing/ordering. CSR took very good care of me & was a pleasure to work with. She was very kind & I could hear the smile in her voice. Customer Service isn?t what it should be anymore, it seems, but the staff have always been really nice. A breath of fresh air.

Thanks liked your competative strategy you had to employ because of the marketing 3 card monty being played, but the competative environment, the ai, algorithims gave you no choice and the explaination was true, honest, and clear, I am just sorry that some will not understand the complex marketing and competative environmental elements you were dealing with, I have an MBA so I clearly understand. However, would prefer honest straightforward price with no gimmicks. Gimmicks make it difficult to get out of network insurance reimbursement.
Contact Lens King does explain they are playing the gimmick game because that is the only way to get Google ranking. So, the fault really lies with the search engine.

Placing and received my order with no issues. Needed to get credit on some other contacts and have not liked the experience so far.

Had to return previous order contacts because the are no longer the correct prescription. Boxes never opened and not damaged in anyway. Was told reluctantly I would receive information for credit and never heard or received any information. Had to email them questioning why I didn?t yet get the information. Still waiting!

Your website is so much better than others about letting you order 1 type of contact for one eye and another type for the other eye. Other sites wouldn't let me progress to purchase because I didn't put in for both eyes the same type of contacts. It could have been made a tad bit more noticeable on how to do that. I guessed to change qty from 1 to zero. Maybe a check box that says "Only 1 eye"? Thanks anyway for being a lot better than other sites with that.

No problems so far. The processing fee can be a surprise if you didn't click on the link describing the fee ahead of proceeding to checkout. I was aware of it, but I can see where others might miss it. Pricing seems reasonable. Other sites make you jump through hoops with rebates forms, which can then get lost or rejected, etc. I don't play that game anymore. I have been burned by others after submitting all the correct information in a timely manner, only to be wrongly rejected.

I loved the fact that you were upfront and honest about the "added" service fee. I understand the marketing issue, especially after I went to another site and didn't see any mention of an added fee. I went to check out only to find out there was a $203 tax and fees added making my order with them about $140 dollars more than with you, ContactLensKing. This is exactly what your site mentioned as to why you had to add the fee, it's to make your site competitive even though you blow everyone else out of the water, including Costco, Sam's and BJ's. Best prices around (but that extra service fee at the end jacks up the price). Common now, but there ought to be a law against false advertising like that. Regardless, this site still offers the best prices, great quality and extremely fast service. I've been ordering contact lenses from them for the past 5 years or so.

Used them consistently over the years. Best prices, easy to get doctors info over and competitive pricing (along with discounts that get you lower pricing). I can order from here and submit through Insurance for reimbursement no problems. I'm also able to submit for rebates from manufactures. Not to mention quick delivery.

Best prices on contacts per se, but that extra $30+ processing fee is unwelcome. A little deceiving, after seeing such an incredibly low price for the contacts themselves. If you need to increase your prices by $25-$30, you would still have the lowest around! That's my recommendation. Otherwise, great service and fast shipment. Thank you!

Super quick delivery and great customer service! Only thing I could say could be better is when ordering they allow us to put in the payment option. It keeps automatically charging my old visa card and then I have to call to give new payment details. However the customer service I received is amazing and the issue always gets resolved quickly.

Every cost was shown before I hit the buy button. I too was surprised at the processing fee, but when I looked at a lot of other companies I still save much over other discount sellers, and WAY over regular priced offers at other stores.

This is an upstanding US based service provider. Most distinguished to me is their customer service. They always answer (during hours) and always solve problems or give me information. Very clean upstanding company. Refreshing. Anyone can sell you commodity product. Problems always happen for everyone. These folks fix problems, even if they are not the cause!

I sent in the wrong prescription and they caught it and reached out to me both by phone and email get the right one. Then when my prescription was different than what I entered on the website (based on what I sent previously) they reached out again to make sure they had the order correct. Easy and cost effective way to order your contacts. Contacts are from the same company as when I ordered from my eye doctor but are at lower cost. Delivery usually takes a week or so. When there was a delay in my latest full order, I called, and they agreed to ship part of my order to keep me supplied and will complete my order once the additional lenses are received from their supplier at no extra charge. Good customer service.

They have upped their game! I always do serious comparisons when I buy my contact lenses and they have become my go to provider. I still do a quick check of a few sites but nothing like I used to do. If their price is reasonable...and it is...I save myself several hours of internet searching and buy them. Some companies hide significant extra costs in their "processing fees" and I lose my mind when I see that. I write those sites off as being devious and dishonest.
