I met Dr. Jabbour many moons ago, far before I thought I would ever need her services. Over the years, I would see her out in the community and she always remembered who I was and always took the time to say hello. So when i suspected that I might have some hearing issues, I had no doubt where to turn. Dr. Jabbour is very personable, professional and most of all knowledgeable. She explained the hearing tests in laymen's terms and made me feel comfortable about the process. I highly recommend her to anyone regardless of age.

My wife and I just recently switched from our audiologist in Colorado to Dr. Jabbour based on references provided by the manufacturer of our hearing aids, and we are more than pleased. She gave my wife a full examination , did multiple adjustments to her hearing aids, added programs to her iPhone app, and answered all the questions we had in clear, concise language so we would fully understand. At the end of the session, she had a few minutes left before her next appointment, so she used them to do a quick check and adjustment on my hearing aids as well. We have been using hearing aids for several years, and we both feel this was the most professional and most personable appointment we have had. It is worth the drive from Geauga County to get such caring service. We would recommend her practice to anyone.
