First, the receptionists are very nice and super friendly, but they are also high pressure sales people. Next, Poking, proding, raking and tugging without anesthesia is pure torture. I was helped to stand to my feet and put on a spandex suit @ completion of liposuction where blood started to drip to the floor like a faucet. I was rushed to hospital across the street where I was given blood and an iron transfusion and stayed 4 days. Follow up @ Sonobello, I received an apology and told by the surgeon that he had done over 300 of these and unfortunately I was one of the unlucky ones and given a release to go back to work. An hour into my shift, I started to bleed again and called the center where I got no answer or a return call. So back to the ER I went where I was given blood and around the clock antibiotics. This stay was 3 days. I now have hospital bills, home health care, on medical leave from work and was left with sores and scars from the spandex suit, hard, dark skin and permanently disfigured. Needless to say I was charged for this procedure and have not received a return call yet
Recommendation: I was sold a dream! Wake up!
No anesthesia during procedure, pure torture. Continued bleeding from site which landed me 2 trips and stays in hospital. In home health and wound care, loss of wages and astronomical charges from center. No support or follow up care.
