Unprofessionalism
The staff at the Waldorf Center for Plastic Surgery was very unprofessional during my consultation session for breast augmentation. I was unaware that there would be a consultation fee until my consultation session was completed. It is surprising that there would even be a consultation fee required when other "high-end"plastic surgery centers nearby do not require such a fee. It seems they felt that $50 was more valuable to them than my potential business. If you are interested in having a breast augmentation procedure done here, keep looking, there are better places in the Portland area to have this surgery done at.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

i had a consult there today and they did not ask for any money... i was expecting to pay.. they do waive that fee if you choose to have your procedure done there and it clearly states that on there web site
I work for plastic surgeons (not waldorf) it is a needed fee, the clinic and employees can not go unpaid for the time that is spent on you, just think for a minute. if they had a full day of consults, and no money generated. Besides when it comes to Plastic Surgery it is not wise to "bargain hunt" The Waldorf Center is a very nice place, with a wonderful staff and Brilliant Doctors.
