Sono Bello in Fort Lauderdale is so UNPROFESSIONAL. Today,June 3, 2025. I had an appointment for Venus treatment which I previously had for two Saturdays in the month of May that I was made to I reschedule by the office and was given times that I had to leave my job early. On June 3, 2025 I called and the lady on the front desk said that I had a 15 minute grace period. Walked in at within the 15 minutes and the rude woman named Flowers (which she is always rude) that was to do the treatment says to the front office that she is off in front of me. I stated that every check up appointment for 3 visits I sat for over 2 hours the first time and the other 2 times for over 30 minutes to an hour. The front desk lady kept apologizing and rescheduled me to Monday at 4:30. This company is so unorganized and staff is exceptionally rude. Refund for the Venus treatment should be given for the remaining visits that are owed to me.
I totally wished I had no paid to any additional services with this company, which issues with this office is never answered.
